I saw the yelp reviews and so I called food first Chicago and asked them to cater a graduation party. I would give them a 10 star if that was possible. From the first phone call interaction they were very responsive, helpful, and patient. They advised me on the menu, worked through changes I requested, etc. they arrived right on time, set up everything beautifully, and the food was awesome!

Food First Chicago catered a graduation party at my home and I could not have been happier. I chose Food First after a Yelp search for a local caterer. Based on the amazing reviews it already had, I gave Food First a call! And here I am adding another 5 star review!
Owner/Chef Everardo and his staff were extremely helpful from start to finish. Food First sent me several possible menus, and Alex spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering questions. When I was ready to place the order, Everardo helped me work out a wonderful menu for our summer party.

Food First catered my husband and I's wedding at Room 1520, and we have nothing but positive things to say about Everardo and his staff. First and foremost, the food was AMAZING!! We received so many compliments from our guests on the food selections and quality. We had a cocktail hour of passed hors d'oeuvres, which included the BBQ Shrimp, Beef Crostini, Veggie Quesadillas, Meatballs and the Bruschetta. For dinner, Everardo prepared a Mixed Green Salad with a Raspberry Vinaigrette. Then we had a plated dinner. The guests choose between the Hoisin Glazed Salmon, Stuffed Chicken Florentine
