Upon arrival, we called the front desk to inform them we were there for the appointment. No one answered the phone so we walked in. Staff was extremely unorganized and rude. Waited for 25 minutes past my appointment. If you’re “running behind schedule” inform the customer. Have been there in the past and they had no records of my dog. Will not be returning.

I having been taking my pets here for at least 30 years. The staff is amazing and Dr Diana Larmore is probably the best veterinarian I have ever known. She did emergency stomach surgery on my last Golden which saved his life. He recovered quickly and had minimal scarring.
I now have 2 Goldens, one of which had a really rough first year with recurring issues. Dr Larmore always made herself available as did the other doctors whenever I needed an emergency appointment. Christine and the other Girls in the office always make me feel welcome and truly love the pets they treat and take care of.
I trust

Knowledgeable. Gentle and really took care of my dog. Not easy with him being a 157 pound rottweiler but they do it

I’m 43. In my life I’ve had six cats and a dog. I have gone to Wantagh Animal Hospital for my entire life.
A while back, after a kind of vaccinations, I was told my dog had an unknown condition, she wasn’t eating, she wasn’t going to the bathroom. Over the course of a week I was told her liver enzymes were elevated and there was a possibility of that Leptospirosis, they just didn’t know. It took almost a full week to get test results back that provided no answers outside of “it’s not Leptospirosis”. $1,500 later for ZERO answers and NO help.
This morning I called the Animal Hospital

We brought our new puppy for her first time. The veterinarian and entire staff was extremely nice and professional. They answered many of our questions and offered to call anytime, if we ever have more questions. 👍

Dr. Greenberg did a great job with Cloe (my dog). He is very informative and the prices are reasonable. He also advices his clients regarding insurance for your furry baby.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability
Clear lack of communication among staff, multiple rude staff members, very easy to find better care at more affordable prices elsewhere. Dont bother with this place. They just wanna collect your money and go home.
