Been here 4 years and it's recently gone downhill...loud neighbors, Police always here and etc..It's really not worth the money for peace as it Once was...It's like an unsafe zoo and I'm definitely looking for another place to live ASAP... So many people leaving fast as they arrive and I can't blame them..Im the last one in my entire building and I've seen so many different neighbors and it's like they just let anyone stay here..So much criminal activity around me as well as feeling like I'm coming home from a hard day at work not to peace and quiet, but to a zoo with all the noise..

We moved out of here in June and we loved living here. We never had any issues with the apartment and everyone we ever dealt with from the front office was friendly. I wouldn't say it was luxury but compared to other apartments in this price range the quality of the apartment is so much better. You can tell they actually know what they are doing when it comes to repairing issues within an apartment. No cheap vinyl flooring. Cabinets are decent and the apartments aren't top of the line but they are still nice. The common area is kept up and the pool is always clean. I would definitely

I will be writing a full review later today as I am a previous tenant who lived here for two years. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to live. Yes, not every place is perfect and the apartments are cute; however, there are many issues with the way this property is run as well as issues for the move out situation.

I lived here for a year, overall it's a good place to live. Office staff was always friendly and maintenance requests were always responded to and completed very quickly. The apartments are nice, definitely high quality furnishings and appliances. The complex is pretty and well taken care of. The pools are stunning!
My main complaints would be the landscaping crew tends to blow dust onto the patios when they are cleaning the paths. If you live on the first floor you will have to sweep your patio often. The mandatory $25/month for valet trash is absurd and unnecessary. Also beware, the rent price

Renters beware!
I rented an apartment for one year and 10 months in this complex. I was always on time with my payment and kept the apartment clean. When I was ready to move out, I had asked the office if there were any fees and how much of my deposit I would be getting back. They had told me the only fee was a $50 carpet cleaning fee or I could have it cleaned myself, so I said OK that's fine. A few weeks after I moved out I received a final bill for $454.44 minus my $250 deductible for a total of 204.44. They said I owe $250 carpet cleaning fee ,$50 loss key fee and my Final utilities.

Luxury?? Not even close. Old cabinets and countertops, not in the best area. If you get a low rent payment apartment, you go in the crappy side of the complex where theres no grassy area and its not kept as nice as the higher apartment rent rated areas. You have to pay for valet trash - $25 a month and you have no choice on the matter. You have to pay common area water , gas, electric, pest control, sewer and trash ( in addition to valet trash) on top of having to get your own gas and electric set up! The only good thing I would say is that you get new carpet at move in.

Awful experience. Been here for over 2 years now. Our washing machine has flooded twice and they did nothing to fix it (ended up doing the repair myself so I could have clean clothes). When they came out to fix it, all they did was plug some giant fans in to dry the carpet. It ended up costing us around $100 in electricity for them to run those fans.
The pool is regularly dirty, and only one of the gates (out of 6) is operational.
My truck was actually stolen right from the parking lot here. The cameras on the front gate are fake it turns out, and the false security that you get from the automatic

I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them any less.
The management here is atrocious ! The gym is filthy, the steam room in the men's locker room has been falling apart for months and instead of fixing the collapsing benches they put a sign on the door to stay out. The pool needs to be closed to be cleaned every other week because they can't seem to grasp regular pool maintenance or are just to cheap/lazy to have it cleaned regularly instead of waiting until it's a green swamp. Where is all our rent money going ?!?!?
Have had numerous issues with the vendors

Need a place to store your car!? The cars pictured have been here for well over a month, untouched. The gate closes at 6, so you know your vehicle is safe at night. If you need to get in at night, just wait for someone to come through - the gate will open and you can drive right in.
Newly remodeled gym and updated pool amenities are high priority around here. So much so, the slide that was a safety hazard for children remained untouched for several weeks to months. Not even wasting the money to pay someone to remove it and put safety tape up - that's true commitment to the gym and pool, right

Renters beware this place has the most incompetent people working in leasing office. The spend more time talking among them selfs and are always on their cell phones and if you need any maintenance done forget about it. End of April our bill went up almost a hundred and fifty dollars we went into the office and asked why they said they hadn't been charging us for our garage my girlfriend went back with a copy of our rental agreement then they said it was for utilities so she asked for a printed copy of the break down they told he they couldn't print it for us. Come Monday if we can&apos

Anything but "Luxury". Nothing but a sham, my dryer was out for 2 months and when they finally came to replace it the maintenance man stated "if your apartment isn't on fire or flooding it's not a priority". I asked to have my rent reduced due to the inconvenience and I was told that they do not adjust rent for inconveniences, never mind it's part of my lease agreement.
There is a fine for not picking up after your pet but the animal waste bins are consistently over full and pet bags are empty. Gates rarely work and vagrant traffic is high.. this place is absolutely

I've never lived here, but I definitely want to compliment the leasing office staff. They were so sweet, and even helped us find other apartments we might want to look at. Julie was such a great help to us, and talked to us like we knew each other already. It was a breath of fresh air to experience that in a leasing office, especially when most of my experiences are breathy and rushed.

Was considering living here... It is very beautiful on the exterior and appears to be nice on the inside as well. The price is good...But the gal (Rain) who did a tour of the location was very short and on the rude side. I felt like I was more of a nuisance and a both let to get a tour than a welcomed guest and that has steered me away from renting at this location. Customer service is everything and this fell very short for me. I'll be seeking out other locations instead. Bummed.

I've been here for 3 years and can't wish for a better place to live. Weather it's the resort style pool, the helpful office staff, or the on time maintenance crew, but I always feel welcomed. Renewing for another year in a bigger apartment with a pool view. Thank you Nora, Andri and Hilda. I love coming home here.

I recently moved out of San Cierra, but, I loved my apartment. My reason for leaving was it was time to move in to a home. When I first chose San Cierra, I rented my apartment sight unseen. I needed to move somewhere fast and I liked the looks of the outside, the office and I did a tour of an apartment that wasn't the same model as mine and I liked it as well. They got me in very quickly. I got my bottom floor, I got new carpet and whenever I had a problem, they took care of it for me. Pretty quickly too.
I made my apartment home. I got along excellently with the Staff, who, to me,
