I have only been here for about a week, but so far I have really enjoyed living here. I can always rely on the staff answering the phone or at least returning my calls. They made my move from out of state very easy and stress free, and they even made special accomodations for me moving in on Christmas eve, as it was the only day I was able to make the move before starting my new job. The apartment was exactly as described and the neighborhood feels safe. I feel very confident that I've made the right choice.

I am new to the Atlanta area and was living with my sister until now. I loved at several different places but as far as customer service this is the a one place. Omari is the absolute best. He made sure all my questions were answered. The process took me less than 2 days. Amazing. Je called me. I didn't have to call or wonder where we were with the application process. I am looking forward to my stay here. I pray it is as great as the process to get in. I love the fact that it is gated and there are several resource officers on the premises. I will be back later for a flow up review.

I would love to recommend Scarlett Place Apartments for anyone looking to relocate or move within the state of Georgia. I had an emergency move with only one week to get situated and I was able to get in contact with Omari and he assisted me and my family with any and all details to make the move happen as soon and as smooth as possible. Its good to know that the management at Scarlett Place are flexible, understandable, and always in contact for any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend looking into them for any upcoming move.
