After months( September 2021- Now) of alerting the leasing office, property managers, and corporate office about leaks and mold in my apartment I’ve yet to hear anything back from corporate. The current leasing manager has been helping me since she started back in November. This week randomly while I was out of town workers showed up to my apartment unannounced to begin work. I was initially thankful that something had finally happened and was told that before I get home my apartment would be complete. I called the leasing office and sent multiple messages throughout this week with no response

Horrible Management company to rent from. Do not waste your time with them. Management from low end up to high end is disrespectful and unprofessional. They do not help with issues and instead do anything they can to not handle situations that they cause. They do not reach out to you like they are supposed to do and do not do their jobs. Only way to get actual help is take legal action against them.

Since my arrival in 2019, HGM services has been nothing short of 5 star. As an experienced renter/tenant, I've learned that the office personnel help provide a service to the public, they are not servants to the public. Keep up the AWESOME work HGM ( A very satisfied tenant)🤗😁😊

The property manager Douglas Tarnovich at your Pickerington location lacks communication, professionalism, morals, integrity, and character. Everything that your company embodies, he does not possess. I have been at these apartments for 5 years and he is by far the WORST property manager that I have had. He put charges on my account that are not correct and refuses to fix them. He refuses to do his job and correct HIS MISTAKES. This is my last year renting here and I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone else. This is unacceptable.

I have sent multiple messages since I've moved in this community in 2020 about this, my door and stairwell and in addition the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude a couple weeks ago. She initially lied and said that the property was not ran by HMG. I had to call back letting her know that it was!
This is unacceptable and we pay too much rent for this to be looking like this. Timberlake of Redbridge needs to fix this issue, its progressively getting worse and has not been addressed! My door has a gap, and the cold air comes in. I know you probably don't care as you live comfortably

Really poor management. After rejection my application, my deposits and advance rents are not give back almost 2 months. Till yet I did not get my cheque. No body any take responsibility.
I approached for regency at first Colony in sugar land Texas.

I appreciate everything about living at Sussex. The only reason we are moving is due to moving closer to college. When my son graduates college. I hope he moves back to Sussex. Thank you to Henry the Manager for helping me set up my forwarding address with the post office. Thank you to the team at Sussex for the last 3 years. I lived 2 years in one apartment and then transferred to another. Beautiful community!

This company took over management of my apartment complex in Columbus, OH and apparently neglect is their modus operandi. They added $50 to my rent with no explanation three months into my new lease and haven't answered my calls yet to explain. I have left voicemails every day for a week, but no call back so I thought this might get their attention.

I’ve been living at Bellingham Apts for the last 5 years, which is a Harbor Group Management property. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. I had an A/C issue for over 3 months (leaking, pan rusted out, and due to moisture Mold began growing on walls, their maintenance guys are not very knowledgeable in actually completing repairs, instead they patch it up. The office staff don’t respond to phone calls or email. The actual manager has a nonchalant demeanor, like she’s only here for the paycheck. There have been numerous request for my carpet to be cleaned or replaced. My apartment
