Comments: A Pet Agreement is required for all resident pet owners. Allowable pets are dogs, cats, birds and fish. Breed restrictions apply and must be approved by management. Restricted breeds are as follows: Pitbulls/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Reptiles, and Pot Bellied Pigs (insurance deems as high risk).

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Prices are good but you get what you pay for. Units are old as hell, out dated, and foundation is sketchy—they are in desperate need of upgrades and renovations. If you go longer than two weeks with out getting your apt sprayed by pest control the roaches will find you. They have severe piping and drain issues. The water from my tub comes out brown AND gnats are coming out the drains!! They told me to just run the water until it clears (still nasty!) They have said they are working on the gnat issue but I have been here since March and it has yet to be addressed! Only getting

I am now a new resident at The Woods at Southlake and I had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE with TARA OMG SINCE THE 1 st conversation over the phone. She has been so consistent and professional. Honestly she was the reason why I went on and moved to the Woods. You do not meet to many people that are polite and genuine. I love my apartment it’s clean and nice very convenient to everything. The neighborhood is quiet as well I love it so far !

The spiders roaches, and water leaks. No matter how many bugs I kill, they never stop coming. No matter how much I beg and plead to the landlord and maintenance my floor and ceiling still leaks. The ceiling and walls at the patio have leaked so much that the foundation has begun to crack and after months of complaining the cracks have gotten wider and moldier. On top of it all my heating and ac unit blew due to a water leak Literally blew. Electrical Sparks, a small fire, which smoked out my place while my child and I were sleeping. Does the landlord care! No. I had to call the power company so
