The apartments are convenient and affordable. I like the staff including maintenance. They are very prompt in responding to resident concerns and maintenance. Bradford Ridge can serve it's residence with better security and cameras. Hopefully, this will occur soon. Overall, it's a great place to live .

The one thing that I most like about my experience here at Bradford Ridge is no matter the issue it’s addressed immediately..I also like some of the changes that are taking place at this property….On the other hand I wish the residents on the property would do better about cleaning up behind themselves for example drinking and leaving their beer bottles on the porch …I understand that isn’t management’s fault I thank you Bradford Ridge Staff you all are amazing.

Great staff, professional and family oriented, works very hard to make residents comfortable and safe. Expeditiously responds to emergency situations. Always striving to be better as a community. Great communication and responce to tenants. It's not the Ritz lol but nice quiet community with family setting. Any issues they handle and when life gets rough they understand. Help is available and they pay attention as if they know you personally. Maybe it's just me but communication and respect is there. Feels like more than just a Tennant to landlord relationship.

I have been here for only a month and I love the community. Betsy is amazing, she literally kept updating me on availability prior to me moving in and has been instrumental in making my move to ATL from NYC so easy. I love my apartment and when I call the office and Yorluani answers she is so pleasant and have been assisting me to get work orders done ASAP. Sherman and Miguel are great maintenance workers as well. I love it here so far. Great experience.

I applied for the apartment for my brother which he hearing n pair(deaf), I informed the leasing office of his situation, Julie and the leasing management helped us thru the whole process, I was very impressed with customer service and working out everything when I call and go by the office. Julie was very patience with me and my brother. My brother is very satisfied with his apartment. The apartment was very clean!!! After reading the reviews and they was bad, I was very pleased with Bradford Staff!!
