Hard time getting through to the office, hot water goes out every few months, elevators seem to be having a lot of problems lately with no communication. My mother who is disabled came all the way from New York to stay with me for the holidays but unfortunately I had to PAY to but her in a hotel because the elevators were not working how embarrassing. Personally I like this place as far as the layout of the apartment. But really rethinking our options as of lately.

Terrible office staff... terrible everything. Know your tenants bill of rights if you live here because they will try to take advantage of you. It used to be great but it hasn't been for a long time. The apartments may look nice, but don't be fooled. Many photos used on the site don't even have anything to do with the apartment or the area. Save yourself the trouble and lease elsewhere.

We started our lease in 2020. Units are new and decent. But when there is an issue, the management response is hopeless. We suffered without water in the whole building for almost 40 hours. They closed ALL THE AMENITIES for the complete year during Covid instead of offering scheduled bookings unlike other communities. You hardly find anyone in the office to reach out. Most unprofessional management ever faced through out my stay in California!!!

I leased an apartment for over 3 years at Latitude 37. Units have high quality finishes and appliances. Good value for the rent, especially in a newer building and the location. The majority of the tenants seemed to be long(er) term residents that were respectful, quiet, and somewhat friendly (for Silicon Valley). The best thing about this place was the staff. The maintenance personnel did a great job with upkeep on the building and grounds. Last but certainly not least, Jacque, the property manager is THE BEST!!! I cannot give her enough praise! My biggest complaint was not with the building or
