Booked a tour at 10AM with email confirmation but no one turned up till 11AM. When I called the customer care and asked them to give me the number of the person responsible for the apartment, an agent named Paige told me that she does not have the contact details of the property manager or leasing agent. If you have an emergency or maintenance after signing the lease, I can guess how people who live here are treated

Living here at Modera the Alameda has been a great experience. The management and staff are very awesome and friendly. The property is always very clean and the areas with amenities are fully functioning. The units are very modern and come with new appliances. I am a very satisfied resident and have no complaints.

Maybe I should wait a day to post this, but I would avoid living at the place if you can. I pay for parking in their “secure” parking garage and last night had my window busted and car broken into. When I reached out to management I was told their was nothing they can do and they had looked into installing cameras in the garage and were unable to do so. It’s not safe, they don’t seem to care about the well being of their tenants. Today we were told the water would be shut off from 1pm - 6pm (there are issues like this a lot) it’s now 9pm and the water is not on yet. When I called to get

Wow, all apartments that are overlooking the Whole Foods roof top have a big issue with noise - namely 24h running generators that make a lot of noise, not simple white noise, but loud constant noise. The Whole Foods is right next door. Not the apartment complex’s fault, but if you’re only remotely concerned about noise, this is a problem. Additionally, it’s disappointing that they won’t tell you anything about this. It’s just not brought up in any conversation you are going to be having with the leasing office. Lastly, deliveries are happening pretty much every night at around 2am and

I would not recommend to anyone. We have lived here since August of this year and we have had at least 8 maintenance requests. You can find an apartment that is much better than this one. It will have better staff, amenities, and responsiveness to maintenance requests. Don’t waste your money at this apartment and get stuck in a lease like we have.

Wow! I love this place!! I did a lot of research, read lots of reviews and looked at a lot of apartments but kept coming back to Modera. They checked every box for me wrt location, management and maintenance response, garage security/safety surrounding areas. In addition to the above must haves, what made me finally decide was the warm welcome and quick response I got from Jessica and Sunny! They made all the difference and worked with me on resolving all my issues from move-in dates to moving transport even when the issue was not theirs. Very accommodating and very attentive!
