Welcome to hell, if you already rented out this apartment.
You'll be charged for no reason and still, when you moved out, you will charged and non reasonable charges goes to collection.
You will still have some bad issues with collection and courts even you moved out.
They just sent some charges without giving you notice and transfer you to debt collection. So welcome to hell when you already sign the contract!

This place looks nice and has great amenities but thank goodness I didn't move in!!
I was approved to lease on a Monday 9/27/21 in the afternoon and had part of the deposit deducted that same day. After discussing with my roommates, we decided to DECLINE the offer by Tuesday 9/28/21 evening via email.
The rental hold deposit receipt they sent to us on 9/27/21 clearly stated that THE RENTAL HOLD DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE ONLY IF WRITTEN NOTICE REVOKING THE OFFER IS RECEIVED BY THE LANDLORD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF LEASING.
Hope (the Community manager) had the audacity to say she wouldn&apos

I've lived here for about a month now and love it so far but this review is purely about the easy, professional, and enjoyable experience I've had with the leasing office
I worked specifically with Elijah who was friendly, answered all our questions, and processed our paperwork quick- like really quick. Move in was easy and prepared- they made it clear what we needed to get done beforehand we'll in advance and made booking the service elevator for moving simple.
Today I had a package delivered that I couldn't find in the locker ( turns out my roommate had picked it up 5 minutes

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The LADY MANAGER, has no respect for the tenants, whatsoever. The male staff is extremely impolite. If asked questions regarding anything, throws out the most horrible attitude.Do believe the truth coming out of all the complaints. They will ensure to charge you for no reason, even for the damages not existing.I don't understand, if you hate people so much, why are you in this job at all? Don't just go for the view. There are several other communities with good view and great management unlike the Centerra management. There is no luxury living here!

I've lived downtown for over a decade and own a condo at The 88 and Centerra is the best place I've ever lived. The staff is nice, courteous and super helpful. The building itself is located it one of the coolest spots downtown and the interior is bright, modern and fun and residents are young and lovely.

Maryliza was awesome at helping me and my wife get out new home! She was very accommodating, answered all my questions very attentively and put my mind at ease during the whole process! We got it all done right then and we could not be happier with the experience. You can tell she really cares about helping the people she tends to find their new place and it was an overall great experience. Thanks so much can’t wait to move in!

I had the pleasure of working with Hope in looking at different apartment options on a sunny Tuesday afternoon and though I didn't find anything that day that fit my needs, she's been in contact since helping me with upcoming and available units. She was amazing the day I was there in sending me up to different units she thought would work for me. The biggest smile and a demeanor that just made me feel comfortable and welcome from the get-go. Though I'm not a resident YET(!) she's doing everything in her power to help me find a unit that works!

I have only been here for a week but I already feel like I am at home. I have two large dogs and it has been such an amazing experience meeting all of the other dog owners at the dog park area.
This is my first time living in an apartment and I was a little nervous at first with how the dogs would adapt but this truly has been one of the best experiences of my life. I am so thankful to all of the community members as well as the amazing team members that work here!
Thank you!

The application fee was $35/person, once our application was "processed" there was a hidden fee of $300. We hadn't even had the chance to look at an apartment let alone agreed to anything and they still charged us this "security deposit". We cancelled our application after this and no refund on the $235.

Believe the complaints regarding the property management company here. They are out to get every dime. The manager Hope is definitely a corporate tool in the worst ways possible. She tries to test tenants knowledge of their rights and does not back down until you take action and lawyer up or take them to court.
She tried to illegally charge me for pet fees when I had an ESA letter. Moreover she would not accept my ESA letter and demanded further documentation per Centerra policy, not federal ones! I was willing to comply but just needed a week to sort this request because of the delays created

Cheapest appliances possible. Trash chute usually broken. One of three elevators is often down (4th elevator is a service elevator). Nice views. Okay staff.
There was recently a fire in the building and I wouldn't be surprised if it was the result of a poor appliance interface (oven accidentally left on).
The oven takes forever to heat and if you miss the beep, there's no way to know if it is preheated or not.
The microwave has the most annoying beeps and the controls are equally annoying.
The fridge is OK but doesn't have a water dispenser.
The sink is decent but shallow.
The dish washer

First of all, I'd like to thank Meika and Erwin for being the most awesome leasing agents! Everyone who works there has been super nice, but these two especially have made moving in such a fun and nice process. They're so friendly and I absolutely love my new home.
The amenities are amazing! You'll love the pool and BBQ grills!
The maintenance crew also deserves a huge shoutout for being the most helpful, understanding, and friendly people I've ever met. They've fixed every minor issue since I've moved in, and it's made moving in way less stressful.

Pros:
-the building looks nice at a glance
-amenities: dog park, package concierge, stockwell, dry cleaning
-location near San Pedro Square
Cons:
-holes are cut in the walls and trash cans are placed in hallways to collect water from plumbing issues
-water regularly goes out (esp. hot water)
-usually only 2 of 3 elevators are working. budget extra time for this before and after work, especially if you are on a higher floor.
-parking is $75-100 for one spot or $225-250 for two. beware that a second car is expensive.
-airbnb guests are extremely common. they can be loud and monopolize the pool space
