By far worst place I've ever lived in. Management is not nice in MY experiences.
There's been drama between other tenants. People tend to not close the klaus parking all the time, which means (if you're in the same section) you can't leave either
I thought the gym was "being built". (Where is the gym supposed to be built at?)
There's no amenities. No pool. No gym. There's a slight view on the top deck which is ok
UPDATE: Wow! I'm really surprised to see the manager is denying this.. when there's photo evidence.

Just finished my 15 month lease with then and I think I had a great time at this apt. I can not believe how awesome Karla ( property manager) and the maintenance guy is ( he's super fast and diligient). They are professional, friendly, and makes me feel like a sparq family) .The building itself is modern, very clean, and peaceful) Your neighbors are also friendly, and peacful) I felt safe and enjoyed the high tech amenities. Parking spot was safe( a garage withing a garage), latch keyless entry was great( no need for keys ), inside your unit the nest thermostat was good too! I just wished

Best apartment I’ve rented so far. The staff are super nice and friendly especially Karla. I had many problems and concerns when I first moved in and she never hesitated to help solve my problem until I am satisfied. She always greets people with a big smile and asks how your day is going. The apartment itself is super nice as well I get lots of natural lighting during the day. The only down side is that the apartment I rented is next to 1st street so it’s a little noisy during the day because of the traffic, but it’s such a minor problem that it didn’t matter that much, plus the building

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews unless I truly believe a place deserves it, which is the case in this situation. I've been on the hunt to find a place in San Jose for about 2 months now so you can imagine how many apartment complexes I've visited and how many leasing consultants I've interacted with. Karla has by far outshined every single one of them with her positive and friendly attitude and willingness to help. Unlike a number of other places, management here actually wants to help find the perfect place for you and will look into all options to make you happy with where

I really like it here! The space is beautiful including the appliances, the windows, and open shelves. I get a lot of natural light which makes my plants happy. Karla and Guillermo are amazing, friendly, and so helpful! Unlike some of the other reviews, the parking garage feels safe to me, but I have one of the stacker spots so my car is always enclosed. My one and only con is that upon signing on, I thought the fitness center was going to open soon, but I do not see any progress with it :(

Why 5 stars?
1. Not like other apartments the office is always responsive to residence calls , which is never happened when i was living in ESSEX property
2. Building is hygiene and smell good all time and they have daily clean up for public areas
3. Manager is a very nice lady and responsible for any related request and explains everything with a smile
4. It is very secure , during pandemic downtown is not very safe place but they hire on site private patrol for every night
5. It built well because the other units noise never bother me
6. Supper fast maintenance responses and of course the

We haven't move in yet, so I'll update my review soon. But so far, I just want to say that Karla, the property manager, is amazing! She is really professional! I worked in customer service for years and I can promise you that she is amazing in customer service. Not only she opened up some time for us to do a tour, she took time to explain every detail about their property and the promotions going on. We love fell in love with the unit we chose and will move in shortly. Just wish we could get an additional parking spot! We are fine with paying extra, but they just offer one spot!
