Lived here for several years. Loved it at first. Management was great then a mediocre person took over, and then Keana took over and it has been a nightmare ever since. She is rude, unhelpful and will lie to your face about stuff getting fixed, about not having record of things. Had the air conditioner go out multiple times they wouldn't replace it and dragged their feet to fix it. A TON of plumbing issues as well. Every tenant we knew had a leak or a burst pipe or a flood at least once but for many multiple times (4 times in 2 years for us). Even if you are lucky enough to have no plumbing issue

There are some typical issues that go with any apartment complex but the maintenance crew is amazing. They come and fix things quickly and are friendly. Now during the covid time extra care is taken that everyone is safe. The crew members wear masks and residents are asked to be in a different room from where the work takes place. When my dishwasher started leaking they came to fix it immediately. When it still leaked a little they ordered me a new one. It came quickly and was installed in 30 minutes.

Too EXPENSIVE rent! This place used to be around $950 for the monthly rent, now they're almost $1,400!! PLUS the gym has NOT been updated since the 90's! the equipment they have there is those super heavy bulky exercise machines from the 90's, who know maybe 80's or late 70's, ridiculous for the amount of money they steal from their tenants! They haven't even replaced the gym carpet since probably those buildings were built! Looking at that gym makes me not want to workout at all! I use the gym at the place i used to live in because my sister lives in that complex and i have access to the gym

I’m so happy I chose the invitatioal to be the place I decided to get my first apartment. Love these apartments so far I have been here for 9 months, and I have no complaints. Application process was super quick and easy. Units are very nice inside. Both women who helped me in the office were so nice, and still are. I have only had to call on maintenance once to fix a cabinet, but they fixed that issue within 2 days, so no complaints there either. Overall it is a good place to live, very quiet, nice neighbors and pretty golf course view (:
I plan to be here for at least another year or two.

If I can give these apartments zero stars I would they are overly priced and torn down...It takes them forever to come and fix whatever broken in your apartment you have to keep calling them... and the leasing office always on break never answers the phone and when they do answer they give you attitude and when you ask to speak with the manager Amber she’s always supposedly busy but when you do get in contact with her she has a really bad snobby attitude..I was so happy to move out of these apartments..by far the worse apartments In green valley ..NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

Old and small apartments. To expensive for what what you get. Apartments not very well insulated. The person who lived under my apartment smoked, making my apartment and clothes smell like cigarettes. When I moved into my new place I had to wash even my clean clothes that were hanging in closet due to cigarette smell. Very tiny stackable washer and dryer. Also the office staff not very friendly or helpful with anything. Glad not to be living here anymore!

Live here for 5 years, at the beginning it was a beautiful place, calm and peaceful, but no longer, now this place looks like a project, most of the time the pool is closed, you can see homeless people near the trash can, the gates work every other day. It has become more expensive for a place that looks cheap.

Stopped by today & was hoping to find a downstairs two bed, nothing available sadly! Great location, clean area, very friendly staff. Wish some of the miserable people in these reviews would move out so I could move in

We currently live here and it has been ok. We are moving out at the beginning of July and our lease ends July 31, they attempted to charge me extra for "breaking" my lease even though I am paying rent through July. We moved in in July last year and the ac was out for 3 days with them trying to say it's just hot outside. The ac is once again out... 88 degrees with refrigerated air is uncalled for. They come to "check" it and say everything is fine and it just gets hotter. We have been treated with nothing but disrespect from Jessica the office manager, and the head maintenance guy. Excellent place to live in Henderson. The apartment was renovated when I moved in. My two-bedroom apartment was on the golf course and it was only $1,200 a month. Great location to everything, including the strip and airport. The management was always helpful and nice.
