Just look at how many 1 star reviews with multiple likes there are. As a renter, I can say that Colin Smith, the head agent, is a vindictive person. Do not work with him if you want to deal with a serious realtor or property manager who cares about providing you with excellent, empathetic service. If you have any issues with your rental, with buying or selling a property, Colin will try to ignore a problem, hide a problem, lie to you, gaslight you, or otherwise string you along until you realize you've made a terrible mistake in choosing a realtor.

Been going back an forth with one of the people trying to resign my lease and they are making things so difficult its like they just want me gone. Apparently data I filled out in my Application went missing as they keep asking me questions I have answered. The staff keeps informing me of "Due Dates" for applications without telling me when those dates are. They continuously tell me something is wrong the day of so I need to scramble to fix things.
Seems like this place is good for Homeowners trying to maximize profit from bad rentals. Horrible for renters they have been trying to get rid of someone

Horrible landlords. Do not answer the phone ever. I am an old tenant. They took over the property and screwed us. Crooks. Don’t answer the phone and get on here and anyone who has the same complaint they will say “oh we never got a message from you sorry”. Liars who just want to look good. My property owner switched to Solid Rock Reality five months ago and we have had none of the habitability issues have been addressed...
1) No outside lighting...
2) Main electrical panel on outside of building turns off while it's raining... I've been shocked as I tried to flip the main breaker back on...
3) Perimeter fencing in front of house is broken has been for months. I have dogs and I have to stay with them while they are outside otherwise they would run out the broken fence.
Colin the office manager is argumentative and insulting...
Very dishonest people...
