I been here 5 years never had bed bugs ,roaches or mice never had issues with maintenance problem everybody gets along with others no troble in the neighborhood its a wonderful place to live we havent had any problem sice we've moved in i think its a great quiet place

The staff were nice, but apartments are very old and built with materials that attracts critters. My unit was infested with cucarachas and mice. I broke my lease after 2 months of stay. As a renter, I can deal with some negatives, but infestations is a deal breaker. The boiler systems need updating. I started to smell fire and maintenance did respond quick. The problem came from an old piece from the boiler. They do move quick with bad credit/no credit situations, but it was too disgusting for me. I had to go, and I don’t recommend!

Just moved in the property manager Alphonse was very helpful and insightful, property is clean and well maintained.

Terrible place, mice issues when I first moved in, the office does not answer the phone, return calls, nor are they present during office hours. They will, however, make sure you get charged any fee they come up with!

Nobody is ever in the office so that residents thats moving out can't even talk to anyone to give new address tried calling nobody ever pick up the phone office is bad for business your basically on your own the Maintenance is the only one that comes and does great work....the office is unprofessional they also had someone in the office who was sleeping with Residents men that had ladies and was sleeping with men in vacant apartments glad she is gone but the office went way down no point in moving there you will be moving out also never had roaches but when people moved in they started coming had

The maintenance are elders. So that means they don't get paid what they are worth which means they don't care about their jobs. Asked to get locked changes because the lock was old and would not lock and unlock without a struggle. Maintenance sprayed wd40 and left as is. Lock still not working properly. They have bugs. The contractor who exterminated do not do a good job. I used to be and exterminator.. They are a poor excuse of contractors. I was told I have new carpet when I moved In..i can't say that is a fact. By far the natiest place Ive ever lived. Place was filthy when I moved in...droppings in the kitchen cabinets, exposed nails around the ccarpet edge, just filty all around and the AC was completly broken. I need to uploadmy pics for proof. I was desperate. I only stayed about 2 weeks before going out to sea for 2.5 months. I moved out after "living there" in total 3 months. I didnt even unpack my things, yet they kept about 300 of my securit deposit for "carpet cleaning and misc. fees" ...total scam DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Already reached out to management company with no resolution.

If I could do a negative 100 to this place I would. They lie to your face and assure you that you will get your deposit back then bring up all these hidden fees not listed in the beginning. Will definitely not be a pushover though. See you in court!

My refrigerator is out. The maintenance look at it change a thermostats and still not working. The maintenance said he will be back soon and never came back. So there job party is more important than tentant emergency/repairs. No one answer the maintenance emergency number. My food is going bad now. The is not good customer service.
