I applied for an apartment here. $100 application fee..non refundable. I work, make good money, have excellent credit. I am sensing a scam here. They collect many, many, many applications, take the many, many, many non-refundable application fees and never have any intention whatsoever to rent an apartment to the persons who applied. It is a great money making scam. Beware and save your $100. Good luck. I am so disheartened and losing faith in people. Such a mean-spirited scam. Are their any honest trustworthy people in this business?.

I have been living here for almost 2 years. No missing delivery item as the other said. Not over priced (2 bed room 2 bath room for 1200), not the best price, but its fair consider the housing price in Reno, btw they also waive the water fee and trash fee. The maintenance service are great they always respond within 24 hours. The location is the best, very close to the Mira Loma Park, you can go fishing in Dry Creek. You can access Raleys, CVS and local sport bar with few minutes walking distance..

This place is unsafe for children & their families. There have been gunshots & people fighting late at night. The staff are unprofessional. The conditions of the apartments are poor. They focus on towing people. My experience when I first moved in my truck got towed the first day. They need to focus on the maintenance on the complex buildings & laundry rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Long story short, the people that work in the leasing office are incompetent, inefficient, and unprofessional. What should have been a three day process took over two weeks because they couldn't bother to pick up a phone and do their job, while not communicating with me their intention to reject my application due to them being unable to get a reply from another apartment's leasing office. Upon being explained this, I very easily got the documents they needed from the office, leaving me to wonder how difficult is it really for these people to pick up a phone and at least call me letting me know

Used to be good when I first moved in but now I've had the shower head replaced 4 times and literally when I asked the maintenance guy he said well their made in China and I should basically buy my own. Today I had ants coming in the kitchen window, had to take everything off one entire counter. I called 4 times during BUSINESS HOURS and got the same message... "we're out showing the "great" property and we'll call you back in less than 30 minutes". Left a message, no call back and every time I call back same thing. Don't move here!!!
