Pleasure in the job, puts perfection in the work-Aristotle. 5 Big Shiny Stars to Melisa with 22 North Apartment Homes. I was looking to upgrade my current apartment with a few time constraint challenges. I contacted a few rental agencies and they provided regular service. Melisa however went above and beyond. Read my Google review for a full explanation. (It will be under Taylor Fumero.) This place was unorganized and lied to us from the beginning. We didn’t even get the keys to our apartment until 48 hours after we had signed a lease, and we ended up stranded and had to stay in a hotel. The apartment had broken drawers, cabinets hanging off their… hinges, the flooring was coming up, there was mold, the room doors wouldn’t close, and sooooo much more. We literally saw roaches everywhere just walking through it for the first time. The neighborhood is trash-littered and completely unsafe

I lived there for 2 years before moving. I moved out over three months ago and still have not received my security deposit back that I was promised. I've sent dozens of emails that do not receive a reply. I've called countless times and no one has ever answered the office phone. I've left voicemails and never gotten a call back. I've gone in person to the office twice since I moved out, and the office was closed both times, in the middle of the day. It was just as bad when I lived there. Save yourself time, money and a headache. This company has been under multiple management company and no one seems to get it right or care for their community. My mother has resided in the community for years. There have been numerous work orders that don’t get fulfilled. She has had the ceiling to fall in and leasing agent has no concern or empathy to the situation. Apartment currently shows signs of black mold which they refuse to do anything about and has a hole in the wall that they cut in and have not patched. I have left numerous voicemails as well as my mother to get assistance with fixing

I've been living here for a little over 2 years and the mold in this place is unbelievable. I complain and they used to come spray bleach but now that they've informed me that my lease will not be renewed they don't care about the mold in the bathrooms above the tub under the tiles EVERYWHERE!! This complex has gone down the neighborhood kids come and disrespect constantly and management does nothing. I do not recommend!!

My stay at the palms of cedar trace has been bitter sweet. Though having many property mangers in my five years of staying here I must say that Crystal Kipping is the most selfless understanding, positive, outgoing professional down to earth staff that you can have on your team she made sure to go above and beyond to keep the property and… residents in great order had it not been for her I feel the place would be a mess. Unlike with other staff I didn't have to ask twice with a maintenance, or neighbor complaint like an attorney she jumped right on the problem and resolved it with great

You're better off sending a carrier pigeon to get info rather than trying to call this place. I've been interested for many months and can't get a hold of anyone, even after leaving voicemails. Changing the name isn't going to fix bad customer service. At least there's plenty of other apartments to check out on 22nd!!

I have been a resident of The Palms at Cedar Trace just about a year now. And I must admit me and my family love living out here. When I first became resident here it was in 2018. Mr. Walter and my boo Ms. Emily made happen for me and my family to have a nice place to stay, they were also very helpful and kind which made the property even better. We live here 3 years I was told by the Last management team that my tub and sink will be resurface do to the bad paint job, also my dishwasher is not cleaning my dishes leave white and back particle. Number of time I place it on maintenance list and always remove and not taking care of the problem. I will not recommend to stay
