Bright airy apts with gorgeous views of Minneapolis. Excellent amenities including pools, saunas, game rooms, on site cafe and secure lobby to name a few. We were visiting relatives who live here.

I don't ever write reviews but I'm glad I'm not going to be giving my hard earned money to a place like this. I called inquiring about a one bed/one bath apartment the person on the phone was RUDE . Every question I asked him was very vague and he seemed to care less that I was interested in the apartment at the end of the conversation I said "ok thank you" and he just stayed dead quiet....SAY SOMETHING. How do people like this even get hired in the first place?.

Revolving door of tenants and other riff raff from the place. You have to wonder if these agents even verify rental references considering the neighbors on site. The rent money is not coming from genuine jobs. Plus tenants in this building feel very entitled that they can park in other private alleys and don’t clean up after their dogs on the street. You’re a fool to spend the money to rent here. What? For on site amenities and getting a small discount at Eggy's, which serves nothing but grease laden fare. Big deal. It’s all about the lifestyle of this set of people who feel entitled.

Okay let's get into it.
Management: 👍 When I first moved in I was worried about management since I'd read some iffy things. Whatever issues they were having have been resolved. The management is super friendly, helpful and respectful.
Price: 👍 These apartments are priced fairly for what you're getting. Pool, hot tubs, sauna, legit management, bike storage, parking, space, and the furnished apartment. Solid deal.
Location: 👍/✋ For me the location was fine. I bike everywhere and don't mind the chaos of the diverse city of Minneapolis. That being said. If you don't like the occasional

I love this apartment. The building is amazing! The amenities are AMAZING. You get discounts at a brewery and diner right next door! And they really go out of their way to try and build a community with the people in the building with hosting events for the residents. I have never lived in an apartment that felt so homey and where I knew the people in my building! Would recommend living here to anyone and everyone!-

When viewing this apartment building a year ago, I was enamored by how beautiful the views were. I saw an apartment I loved and asked the leasing consultant how much it was, it was $1,650 per month. I was thrilled since it was in my price range. We made our way downstairs and I began getting a check ready to place a deposit down. She stopped me and said, "it's now $1,900 per month" I was confused, not even five minutes prior she said it was $1,650. She said it changes with the market values. I found this very unsettling that I was told one price and then they wanted something else. I decided this

The unit we had was large and included an extra walk in closet. The north facing view of downtown is pretty nice as well. Frustrations with managements ability to address known issues because ownership says "not in the budget", the elevators are often down for service as well as with the parking ramp which is public and has a lot of security issues. We were aware of two cars stolen in the 12 months we lived there. There was a string of bike thefts (including our own bike) which was stolen from the secured bike storage room. Neighborhood is seemingly going downhill fast. Some nice amenities (when

Horrible customer service!
I was so excited to move in, loved the place, the view and amenities.
I came for a tour the first time, everything seems to work out pretty well.
Try to contact the leasing office, for a second shown, just making sure everything was ok one more time.
Like a week later! it’s when I finally can reach out to them.
There’s never a person in the office.
Or someone responding emails.
I applied, it was my first time so, before I started, I asked what more information I might possibly need,
maybe a co-signer,
a letter with reduced hrs from my job,
or any other information

Do NOT live here. Management is horrible. Will charge you for a bunch of extra things like extra utilities at move out. Charged me a fee for late rent when I paid on time and hard to argue with them and show them the dated check/clearing. Amenities are always broken. Non-residents fill up the pools frequently. Residents will smoke on the premise. There is a lot of theft - they had to close the bike storage completely because all the bikes were being stolen. Security guards have let homeless people in to the amenities passed the locked doors. Terrible, terrible experience. No air vents in the bathroom

Management has no respect for tenants or the law. They have attempted to force lease changes en masses in the middle of leases terms. They charge late fees if you pay your rent early. They can't keep elevators, heating, or cooling in working order. They compensate for their utter incompetence by adding arbitration and anti-class-action clauses to leases. They respond to complaints about incorrect fees by adding additional fees. If your options are LPM or nothing, choose LPM. If you can find another choice, go there.

We love living at LPM. I decided to write this review after a maintenance request (to fix something that was our own fault) was promptly addressed the day of my request. The staff is very professional and friendly.
When we were first looking at LPM, I was worried about the reviews I had read on google. This building isn't perfect (there is no such perfect building). The important things to note is the professional and timely attention brought to issues that are beyond reasonable control.
One more note - I feel like many of the poor reviews are in response to experiences at move-in or move-out

We lived here for right at a year. Michael the leasing agent was fantastic the entire time as was André, the concierge.
Everything else was absolutely AWFUL! We moved in to a dirty apartment. It hadn't been touched since the previous tenant moved out. We talked to manage 3 separate times that day and five hours later, while we still had a moving truck waiting with our things, they shampooed the carpet. Nothing else was cleaned and due to that we couldn't even unpack our bed until the next day once our carpet was dry.
On top of crappy appliances that broke on a regular basis, we went

The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor when he's peeing... it is revolting!
In general the building is trying to call themselves luxury but it was built cheaply and it shows. Additionally the management is really poor, specifically the new building manager is rude and ineffective when issues arise. You do not get luxury building service or attention.

I would not recommend this building.

Building Details:
- Noise: There is NO sound barrier in these units, look at the door that goes to the hallway there is an almost 1" gap between the bottom and the floor, this means that all

The place looks nice BUT...The new Manager is horrible. She has everyone's rent screwed up. In the elevators, all the tenants talk about how they hate that she is in change of the place. Shes rude and probably has never managed properties where personality and know how matter. I will be moving out soon. It's not worth it to pay $2000 a month to deal with a person who treats people the way she does.

Great apartments with great amenities. Loved having our gym just a few floors away. Coming from a noisy building previously, it was especially refreshing to live in a quiet unit w/out the noise from neighbors above or from the sides. Very friendly staff as well! All in all, loved every minute of it through both lease terms!

We have been at LPM for over a year and half and love it. The amenities are great and very well-maintained. Kate, Regina, and Michael are super helpful and it's so easy to just pop your head in to ask them questions whenever you have them.

The kitchens at LPM are one of my favorite things, they're so different from every other building downtown. The location is really convenient for wherever you may want to go in the twin cities - easy access to I94 or 35W, a mile from the North Loop and the Mississippi, and only a few miles from the midtown greenway and the chain of lakes.

Worst place I've ever lived. Management is not willing to help with problems. Very poor suggestions for solving a MAJOR defect in the building. Neighborhood is sketchy at best. Multiple gunshots have been heard in the area. Drug deals witnessed outside the building. Poor/no security from the public parking garage to the residence via stairwells. Poor sound proofing - better hope you don't have noisy neighbors! If someone is moving in, they reserve the elevator from the garage for the movers. That means residents must use the public elevators and go down to the lobby on those

It's such a lovely building but how the leasing staff can nickle and dime potential residents is ridiculous! For such a "luxury" building, you'd expect more class from leasing staff. I emailed to inquire about a unit and received an email indicating all utilities (less electricity) are included in rental price. So I go online to look at floor plans and prices....I call back the LPM staff only to be told "oh utilities is not included in list price and we will add that on top of listed price." Every single marketing item sells this apartment as utilities included
