Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $1500. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.
My dog got loose from his harness while outside and Allison came out and helped catch him. She was a huge life saver. That dog means a lot to me and if something happened it would have devastated me. I just want to give a huge Thank You to her and her quick reaction. Appreciate very much. The staff has been wonderful the whole time.

We lived in Club cherry for 2.5 years. Having some good memories with my apt #1305 but during those 2.5 year we suffered a lot of issues. Though my kid was too small and covid situation we decided to live for long time.
I am sharing those problems which we faced in club cherry and hope this will really helpful to others to make decision.
1)LOTS OF RAT: specially during winter (Nov to March) Everynight we saw rat roaming around my home.
Though they were charged every month $2 for pest control but no any pest control properly done by any one.i've attached some pictures here.
2)POOR MANAGEMENT

Well for starters our rent got upped $100 with no notice. It’s free range for tweakers after 5pm. There is black mold in the apartments. People smoke cigarettes inside and the apartments always smell bad. My and multiple other peoples vehicles have gotten broken into and stolen and the complex refuses to get cameras. Basically 0/10 recommended

Overall experience and value for the club is superior to any other apartment I've been with at similar price points.
Rhi, Allyson, and Rachel were all fantastic. The reviews that mention bad management clearly are unpleasant people to deal with. Maintenance was in top of their game; quick working and very responsive.
A few things in the apartment could be updated. The A/C had trouble outpacing the summer heat, the sliding closet doors were old and were rough to open, and the washers and dryers downstairs seemed expensive and ineffective.
That being said, the current ownership is relatively new

After paying a non refundable $550 “move in fee” instead of a deposit, I figured that would be enough to cover a simple carpet cleaning when moving out. The carpet wasn’t in great condition when we moved in and had spots that just got darker with time. We never spilled a single thing on these carpets. Now upon moving out we get a ridiculous bill, $200 to clean the carpets, utilities from two months ago, and rent for the four days this month that we weren’t even there?!! Over $300 they say I owe. What the hell did the $550 cover I paid only 8 months ago?? Absolutely ridiculous, I have never

The management team is extremely unprofessional. They misrepresented the application fees and the entire process. Had a horrible experience. I would never recommend.
Update:
I have spoken with the property manager and the regional manager. My views have not changed. I will not remove this review, even though that was requested by your team. Very unprofessional and I am grateful that I did not move forward with the lease.

The maintenance team here is pretty decent, so there is that. Aside from that, it's an apartment. That's the only decent thing I can say about this place.

The apartments are at least spacious for what you pay for. That’s about the only good thing I can really say. Management needs to really get it together. It makes the apartments almost unbearable.
•the staff is not nearly as responsive to tenants as they like to act on reviews. I’ve had a hole in my ceiling for 6 months and they keep saying “they’ll look into it.” I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take more than two seconds to look into a hole. My bathroom has mold, which they don’t care about, and my apartment has flooded twice in the two years I’ve lived here. One of those times

I’ve lived here for a little longer than a year. Lately I have been working from home & doing college remotely & every time that something needed maintenance they fixed it within two business days. I needed the oven repaired & when it didn’t work after an attempt at fixing it they completely replaced it. It took about six months to get the treadmills serviced by an outsourced repair company but they have been fixed also. Probably the best part of these apartments that the washer & dryer units are in the basement so you never have to walk through the rain with clean laundry.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I have enjoyed my time here! The leasing staff are friendly and helpful. The community is quiet and peaceful. This is one of the BEST maintenance experiences I have had at an apartment complex. The maintenance team is on it. I have yet to put in a request that was not taken care of in less than 24 hours! Thank you, Eddie, Alan, Don, and Dylan for being awesome!

I moved into these apartments in April of 2020 and I have loved every second of living here. They make everything so easy. You can literally do everything from your phone. Pay rent? From your phone. Maintenance? From your phone. Laundry? FROM YOUR PHONE. The staff here is responsive and works around your schedule. Any maintenance request I submitted was addressed within 24 hours if not immediately and it was never a shoddy job, they take their work seriously and do it right. The pool is well maintained and is patrolled by security to keep non-residents out so its never crowded and I always felt

After living here for only a few weeks we had storms and my roof leaked horribly, so much it was like a waterfall in my utility closet it woke both my daughter and I. I even had chunks of black stuff fall out of my ceiling. I told the office at least twice and they treated me like I was stupid. I left my lease early because I'm not going to live somewhere that mold could be growing and nothing is being done to fix it. I left them with all my contact info so I could be let know of the balance but instead of them letting me know they sent me to collections. I was never given the chance to pay

We got a "move in special" for two bedrooms and one bath for $625 (plus pest control $2) which was a HUGE plus! Very quite area. Super friendly staff! The apartment is kind of old looking. But they do provide a 24 hour fitness center and a nice business center. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a temporary home.

I lived here for a year and it was satisfactory (besides the 3 mice in my apartment I had to kill myself since the maintenance team phoned it in with the low-quality sticky traps), but the departure was rough. I moved out on 4 Nov due to a military move, and was charged rent for the entire month of November instead of a pro-rated cost (I've never had that happen before). It WAS in the paperwork I signed, and I missed it, but that's a huge stipulation that should've been covered face-to-face in the half-dozen visits I made to the front office. Hiding a $700 bill in paperwork without

I have lived at the Club at Cherry hills since last August and to be quite honest I have never been so disappointed in my life and I have rented from multiple different places before.

1. If you want to deal with respectable and mature staffing, this isn't the place for you. The manager is the most disrespectful person I have met, and snaps at anything you say instead of addressing the problems. You are paying for a service and that's not what I'm paying for. If you have any problems with your apartment, I wouldn't even call the maintenance man because he will fight and state

This place is the worst place to live.......... the property manager is a real witch and tries to nit pick at every little thing possible. when we moved in our dog was listed on the lease as a therapy dog and the first encounter with new property manager when I came through the doors was her running to get my file to add the dog so she could charge me pet rent what she did not already know was there was a note provided by a therapist for the dog which she had no concern for this at all. Also when I signed my lease I was put in front of a computer to basically sign my life away in every box without

Females alone came home to guy in there. Watched through windows by the same guy...Yet, cops won't move him out. This has gone on for years there so females were too scared to speak up when these ladies moved as the gang might look you up at next stop...DON'T RENT HERE ALONE OR SINGLE MOM.

I definitely will not be renewing my lease here again. I've gotten two notices on how the window company they hired, AA window, whatever the company is called, said there were visible leaks coming from our windows and will replace it. The first notice they gave us, we were expecting them all week and they did not come. So we got a second notice saying they will come by, but never showed up. The electricity bill came up to $300! And I know for sure it is not due to me because the thermostat is kept at 68-69 degrees. Once I got the electricity bill, I called the office and they were not even

So, I have lived here close to ten months. At first, everything went great besides really annoying neighbors below me. But then, in the middle of summer the ac went out three times in a month so my apartment turned into a sauna, the new neighbors downstairs will not stop smoking in their apartment so min smells like smoke all the time, and you can't go to the playground, pool, or fitness area after sundown because the Indian residents take it over. My rent was somehow returned twice in a month and the fees they impose are ridiculous. It went from 578 to 818 in two weeks. The remodel they boast

This place is horrible!! The maintenance takes for ever. The manager at the apartments is very rude and if you complain comes up with false accusations. There are a lot of hidden fees and the washer and dryers DONT WORK IN MOST OF THE BUILDINGS. ALSO THERE IS A LOT OF CRIME AND BREAK IN APARTMENTS AND CARS MY ADVICE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I have lived here for 6 months. I don't have many complaints. The location is good. I always feel safe here. There is a very large Air Force and police population in the residents so it makes me always feel safe. I have one ever called maintenance once and it was fixed before I got home from work. They have been doing a lot of remodeling around the facility which can get kind of annoying. At the end of the day though it is nice to be in a community that keeps up with their buildings and makes it a place that you actually want to live at. I feel like the prices are spot on for what you get

As far as apartments go, this place has got one of the best values for your money. I've lived in another shady apartment complex and visited so many friends, and the past two years at Cherry Hills have been pretty good to me.

Here are some of the pro's I've found to living at this complex:

Updated apartments
Most of the apartments come with white trim and doors, which I find nice because you have a more modern looking apartment and it feels much more open. My first apartment was a two bedroom and the kitchen was fairly large for the space we had. It was a galley-style kitchen
