1800 Ashley West Apartments

Only bad thing I have living hear is they can't find my mail box key and it's been 4 months since I've moved in. Vinson the guy at the front office had the idea of asking the mail lady if he can grab my mail since I had Christmas in the box. Well he called me the next day and told me he got my mail!! You should give this man a rase of a good Christmas bonus!!! He went out his way to help and saved some of my Christmas!!

Avoid this place at all cost! They do not pay their bills and force them onto their tenants. Here’s all the proof needed.
They relabeled the charge for the “washer and dryer” to “water”. Water was supposed to be included and has been included until we requested that the broken washer and dryer be removed from the bill/apartment.

3 months to receive and hook up washer/dryer?

I moved in my apartment the end of September 2021. My apartment comes with a washer and dryer thats included in my rent. Wrote many complaint and was finally told the middle of October that the washer and dryer is broken. Although, I was compensated $45.00 for my November's rent. No one has ever contacted me giving me an update on when I will either be getting a new washer and dryer or when it will be repaired,
When you email a staff- NO REPLY. When you call the phone number, no one answers.

DO NOT RENT with 1800 Ashley West Apartments. I've had issues with my apartment since day 1. I have photos and emails if anyone wants to see proof of the poor standards they have here for residents and guests. Please comment or reach out (phone number below). I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! I have fabulous neighbors and really enjoyed my safe community. The management is top notch! Ashley has always been responsive and helpful and caring. She is great at what she does. She has been very accommodating. My unit was great too! I loved my unit and the view of the grassy field from the large windows. Maintenance was friendly!

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!
I lived in what was Moss Creek, now 1800 Ashley West for five an a half years. (So, this will be a long an thorough review) The new company VTT Management is ripping residents off, providing horrible customer service, and in short running an awful complex.
For example, VTT changed out all the locks and painted doors on the units. No big deal, but while changing mine out, left the lock off the door while on a break. I came home to find my laptop stolen off the table right inside the door. Nobody was around and my door was wide open with no lock on it at all. Management

I just had the best experience at this place. The property manager showed me the model on Saturday then showed me the actual apartment I am getting this morning. I filled out my application in their business center and got approved. The property manager catered to me the entire time while doing my application and even offered me coffee. I am sure that I chose the right place with 1800 Ashley West because I have never received such great customer service than I have with Ashley. It seems she really cares about this place and the people here. She met me 2 days ago and already treated me like I lived

I am on here for help...
My apartment has a bad pest problem with cockroaches. Every time I go in the kitchen I see 3 or 4 of them, they are also in the bathroom. I have not been able to use my kitchen for months or store food in it. I have contacted maintenance, but they keep doing the same routine pest control visits that are not working at all.
Management, if you are seeing this please help... we should not be paying for an apartment that is infested with cockroaches.
I am disgusted and I don’t know what to do at this point.
If someone can help I will take down my negative review as well
