Yes, we are a full-service brokerage, we list and sell real estate in addition to property management. All owner disbursements are made by the 15th of the month and profit and loss statements will be made available by the 15th of the month. Rents are due by the first of each month and are electronically deposited into the brokerage trust account within 24 hours.

After interviewing several property managers, we chose Sam and AZ Metro Realty to manage our rental properties. One reason was that they take the time and effort to properly show the properties. Lots of property managers DON'T! Be sure to ASK SPECIFICALLY what and how a property manager will show your property to prospective tenants. They have always done a good job showing our properties and kept vacancies low. Another reason we chose AZ Metro was their effective processes for tenant screening, maintenance, and rent collection. Another was their flexibility in what they do vs. what the owner does

Arizona Metro Realty is one of the best - if not THE best - property management companies I have ever worked with. While renting one of their properties, all of my questions, concerns, and maintenance needs were addressed promptly and adequately.
