Nice apartment for people starting out, but in the long run it's not the greatest. I've been out of air conditioning for over two months now and it doesn't seem that management is doing a thing about it. On top of that the place has a serious roach problem. I recall the bug exterminator came once and just sprayed pesticides all over the kitchen floor and no where else and says it's all good. They need a lot of work done

Recently saw a friends apt. that had MOLD COVERING THE CIELING AND IT WAS IN HER 1 YR OLD DAUGHTERS ROOM! THE MAINTENANCE MAN WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND SAID HE HAD NO PLANS OF FIXING THE ISSUE! THEIR CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR TENANTS HEALTH AND WELL BEING IS ZERO TO NONE! Dont live here unless you want to die from airborne mold spores

If you have special accessibility needs this complex will leave you snowed in or out for days at a time. If it snows after dark or on the weekend you are out of luck until late Monday. Also the water is constantly being shut off, at least twice a week, every week.
Also when they give you “24 hours notice” for entering your apartment what they really mean is they printed the flyer 24 hours ago and sent the maintenance guy to post them 12 hours before entry.

Lived here for almost a year without to many complaints but recently people are stealing people's laundry and people breaking into apartments! Need more security, like cameras on the outside of the buildings and hallways to hold the people accountable for stealing and breaking and entering without permission! I'll be putting in my notice

Awful my tiles on my bathroom pop off ever day and when I say something they come superglue them back and they just come back off. My drain doesn't drain..the management is awful I never get calls back about anything and they never shovel or plow they leave the parking lot untouched except for the office. Not worth the money

I lived at Old Mill for two years and it was probably my most positive renting experience in Omaha. The staff is friendly and able and maintenance requests are handled quickly and effectively. The 1BR I lived in was very spacious. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear everyone in the hallway as well as the lawn mower and trash removal outside the windows, in case you're sensitive to noise.

This has been a great place to live! The staff are always helpful and friendly, the company all around is good. The maintenance guys get there in a timely fashion and have fixed everything we've needed and were also really friendly! They even fixed stuff that wasn't on their list of things to do that I asked them to when they came! The rent is good! The courtyards are fantastic, location is really close to Dodge express and if you're into running or biking there are a couple trails just blocks away, a couple parks, one park just up the street another a few blocks away.
