They manage our HOA. Seem very open and straight forward. They're doing a great job managing our building's reconstruction.

A couple of quick reports: Not to long ago I awoke to discover the air system in the apt was no longer emitting heat. I notified the property manager and they had someone in the unit that afternoon fixing the problem . Great service.
One more. After seven years of living here my bedroom carpet was due to some spills and normal wear and tear looking pretty shabby. I worked with management to get a new carpet and the result was excellent. Thankyou Izzy.

Our HOA moved management to Ontrack a number of years ago and are very satisfied. Jair is very busy but very responsive. He has experience that allows him to provide definitive answers to residents and assist the board in making decisions. He’s very good at dealing with “problem” tenants/owners and gives sober, reality-based advice in complicated situations. My experience has been that if someone has an issue with Jair it’s simply because they don’t like his answer to their question.

Their henchman, Jair Valenzuela, is a bully who has nothing better to do than harass hard-up people and issue frivolous fines during a time when compassion is needed more than deciding what someone can keep in their second, unused parking spot which they own and pay for. He's terrible at his job and has no consideration for the residents. If I could give him and the management company negative stars, I would.

We requested a floor covering replacement due to an external incident. The issue took a while and some delay due to corona pandemic. At the end due diligence on the part of Ontrack Asset Management and outstanding job on the part of construction team headed by Mr Pejhman Kabirinia made it all worthwhile. Crew were on time, concerned, quite helpful and organized. Quite patient and infact brought samples to our place to choose from instead of the other way around. Project were concluded in a timely manner. We recommend Mr Kabirinia and his construction company PJkB highly and without hesitation.

Moved into a property managed by Ontrack Asset Management and was very impressed at their quality of service. On my move in day, I had an emergency and needed to immediately contact my building manager. I called their after-hours hotline and within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from my Manager Arbi. Arbi was professional and very helpful in helping resolve my issue. He even made sure to follow up with text to make sure everything was resolved. I appreciate the level of professionalism and his respectful and professional attitude.
