I lived at Waterleaf in Murrells Inlet for 2 years. It was a terrible experience. I expected luxury because that is how it is advertised and priced. You can here every noise all your neighbors make, if your neighbor’s dog gets fleas you get fleas, nosiest group of people that ever lived, live there (they will be there forever), and don’t ever expect anything to be fixed. Instead expect the entire staff to dismiss you over problems repeatedly and be extremely disrespectful every time you speak to them. My husband is handy, had to fix problems on his own and occasionally lend the maintenance

I've been a resident for almost two years the only reason I'm leaving is for a work relocation. The staff from Courtney all the way down to maintenance is topnotch, the units are also highly efficient. The amenities were wonderful and they even have food trucks come. Location is awesome also, 10 minutes to the marsh walk or less than 30 to most beaches. Would highly recommend living here.

My fiancé and I moved into Waterleaf a week ago, and we couldn't be happier! The staff made our move in process extremely pleasurable. They were able to expedite the moving process and make it stress-free. I cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff are. It says a lot about a community when you have wonderful people on the front end. The apartments are brand new and spacious, and our neighbors are also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move into the area. You will not be disappointed!

I've been following the progress of these apartments and I can't believe how beautiful they are! Those girls in the leasing office have been very patient with me with all my questions. This is going to be the best property in the Myrtle Beach-Grand Strand area! I can't wait to see it completed!!! Two HUGE thumbs up!

Just moved here a few weeks ago and I am loving my new apartment. It feels like home already! The staff are so friendly and treat you like a friend rather than a customer. The apartment is very spacious, was clean when I moved in, and amenities are awesome (hello giant pool). I highly recommend giving the ladies in the leasing office a call if you're looking for a gorgeous place to live!
