I recently moved in here and the experience is way better than I expected. The apartment is very spacious and clean. All the appliances are clean and in good condition. I lived at the other student residence around this area for three years, when compared this place provides the best for relatively lesser price. The best part of the apartment for me is the large patio. Most importantly, the owners are nice people. They are available on call and strive to help you if you have any concern.

My daughter is a new tenant here at Patriots Hollow. This apartment complex is not trustworthy and not a place you want to send your young adult to live. If you want your son/daughter to learn quickly how crooked the world can be, they will get that lesson living here.

For starters, apparently in SC there are 2 lease options per Lori, the property manager. A full lease or a prorated lease. My daughter was not made aware of this and we are from a state where a prorated lease is always used. My daughter was not presented with options, only

(June 24, 2019) Where oh where do I begin? First property manager, Gary, never made anything happen on time. Mike was the only decent one. WiFi was shotty at best and even worse when they moved to building wifi a few days ago. Leasing agent texted me and my roommate (11:23am on the 24th) saying the Spectrum cable box had to be turned in by tomorrow (June 25, 2019) or they would go in and get them from units who hadn’t turned it in. A short while later (1:50pm on the 24th) informed me that I needed to contact the office because they couldn’t get into my unit, which is still occupied mind you

I love living here. I have been a resident here for almost a year and have nothing to complain about. The site manager, Aisy, is a sweetheart and has never given me problems with anything. She gives tenants her phone number so that if we have a problem at any time we can get in touch with her. Maintenance is always great and any problems are fixed very quickly. The maintenance guy, Derek, is always very friendly and polite. As long as you pay rent on time and dont cause any problems you wont have any problems. All the appliances are new and well kept, the apartment itself is very spacious. I recommend

I'm writing this review , Because my experience with Partriots Hollow Apts. was not pleasant living there. They need NEW MANAGEMENT! Be careful if you are a resident not to leave your car parked in your apartment parking space, your car will be towed. there is a parking policy, If anyone is parked after 10:00 pm and you do not have a (permanent parking pass) your car will be towed! The towing service drives through every night towing cars.they towed my car and I lived there. the towing service charged me $160.00 to get my car back ridiculous! So beware.
