Patrick is AMAZING at making sure the grounds and all units are well maintained. The property manager is far from qualified for this position…. I’ve personally been harassed by the staff and other residents for months on things out of my control. The property management team is unprofessional and has no compassion for their tenants who pay their salary. I’d strongly encourage anyone looking to rent look elsewhere!

The lively is an amazing place to live. It’s beautiful, our apartment is cozy with great appliances like our in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, a great gym, pool, community house with a lakeside view. I personally think it’s worth the money. Like any place, no place is perfect. But even in imperfect times like when I saw broken fans and leaks, I would call management and they were always courteous and addressed my concerns right away. They are wonderful here in a great location across the street from a plaza with groceries and more. Just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier 😁

I will admit, I was a little hesitant about this place after reading the reviews, but my husband and I loved the community and had a great experience with the staff so ended up signing a lease. It has been great from the start! Caitlyn was super helpful and answered every question we had (I had a lot), and was accommodating and sweet. The apartments are wonderful, and give me a high-end/luxurious feeling. The community as a whole is also great with many amenities. I feel like the bad reviews are mainly from people who do not understand apartment living. You WILL hear your neighbors (get over it

I moved here fall 2017, but began the process that June when I listed my house for sale. I have a 3 bedroom unit with a screened balcony & I love living here. I love the newness, the spacious bathrooms, all the storage space & plenty of counter space because I love to cook. You do hear some noise with the wood floors but that's to be expected. One of the main reasons I decided to go from a house to an apt was I didn't want to deal with the maintenance of a home. The maintenance staff is beyond amazing. They are on call 24/7, and any issues I've had were addressed immediately, they clean up after

We moved into The Lively with certain expectations of fine apartment living. The staff, maintenance, and the grounds have surpassed any expectation we had. The entire staff is so friendly and attentive to all the residents as if we are family. I greatly appreciate the warm feeling you get just being on property. I would recommend anyone looking for a great place, great location with lots of awesome amenities including an awesome fitness center, to look no further than The Lively at Carolina Forest. The new staff will definitely welcome you with open arms!
