I reluctantly moved from Charleston in August due to family circumstances. But living at Flintlake makes me feel like I’m living a life of luxury! The grounds are gorgeous even on a cold, rainy evening as you can see in the pics. I begin each morning with a stroll along the the west side perimeter with my cat, where we encounter active wildlife. One morning while breathing in the sunrise across the wetlands, a herd of deer ran through along the other side of water. My husband and I moved in here in September, we truly love it! The staff is amazing to work with! We love our apartment it’s very spacious and we have so much storage (as a mom I love my storage!). The pool and gym are two of my favorites about this complex. It’s also very quite at night which is nice. We will hopefully be living here until we buy a house in a couple of years!

Management has entered our apartment without notice, and blamed us for a building wide any problem that has been ongoing since we moved in.
Another resident slashed our tires and keyed our car. When we expressed concern regarding his escalating harassment, management 'hoped everyone would be adult about it.' I was afraid to take my kids to the pool, or out the front door, they couldn't have cared less. They did nothing.
They are sluggish to respond to maintenance requests, when they do at all. Our downstairs neighbors have had multiple episodes of flooding, always at night and

I have lived at Flintlake for 2 years with my Husband . I love everything about it here ! We have the best complex in Myrtle Beach by far!!!!! Some beautiful swimming pools beautiful for walking or jogging.Awesome neighbors all around. Beautiful views from every apartment. We moved in when there were different owners which were very good. However I have to top my Hat off to the new office team at Flintlake !!! Kelly the manager has been very good picking up all of the pieces from the previous office staff. And she has an absolutely wonderful staff I call the dynamic duo Rachelle and Derek!!! I
