I moved from NJ 3 years ago to Latitude and I have to say this place is so wonderful! It’s so Close to everything. LatItude buildings and grounds are always super clean & maintained! maintenance service is prompt when needed! The girls in the office are always so friendly and smiling and so helpful every time I have a question or need something! Not planning to move anytime soon, love it here! SaraCalderon☺️☺️☺️☺️

Once they have your money you are nobody to them; they will not return your calls, not even to explain their application fee policies. We left at least 10 messages to call us back and no one bothered to get back to us. Extremely unprofessional staff, and they sound a bit shady considering another one star poster here mentioned they told him they could charge what they wanted and modified a contract to show something that wasn't initially there.

I have lived at Latitudes for three years and it is wonderful. Beautiful apartment and pool. Immaculately maintained inside and out. The maintenance men, Vincent, Charles, and Earl are always there when I need them. I had a problem with an appliance, Earl fixed it with no fuss and quickly. I plan to live here for a long time. Also, the girls in the office are wonderful: Connie, Kylie, Ashley. They are always there for me if I need something or have a question. ( sorry if I forgot

I've lived in this community for three years. We've had some administrative changes for the BETTER and are currently getting some shared space facelifts and enhancements that are awesome! Our maintenance team is top-notch and our grounds are impeccably landscaped. Great place to live in a great location at the beach!

This is the first online review that I have ever made, which should speak volumes to the good experience that I have had renting here. The staff has been patient and attentive and really worked with me during the initial leasing process and lease renewal. Maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. Facilities are well kept. Neighbors are friendly. The environment is very welcoming. Five stars. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Kayla and Ashley! My roommate and I recently moved into a 2bed, 2bath apartment and after a nightmare experience with another potential complex, coming here was a welcome relief. The entire process (from start to finish) was smooth and efficient, and within a couple days we were in our new apartment. I recommend them!

What a delight it's been living at Latitude @ the Commons!
Having come from the north I was accustomed to cold, impersonal, indifferent dealings with a "landlord".
Not here!!
From day one I felt like family, not as a tenant. Connie and Ashley were genuinely interested in my comfort and concerns and always go out of their way to make sure that everything is just right.
Rich and his maintenance staff are top notch and have always responded to any maintenance concerns quickly and courteously.
I can't say enough positive things about the facilities and the staff

Amazing does not even begin to describe the staff Kayla and Ashley who are wonderful and just how amazing the latitude is. The moment I walked into the apartment I was looking at I couldn't stop saying WOW and how amazing it really was. There is not a better place in the area to call home then the Latitude. From floors, walls, carpet to an amazing kitchen there is not one place I want to call home besides Latitude. Thank you Kayla and Ashley for everything y'all are the best!!!
