Even if you do not have a pet or animal, every tenant is required to fill out a pet/animal application. There is an option on the application to select that you don't have any pets or animals, but we must have this application filled out by EVERYONE in order to have your statement on the record regarding whether you do or do not have pets or animals.

My property manager retired after 10 years, so I went on the search for another management company. I hired these guys based partly on the Google reviews. Boy was that an eye opening experience.
Not only were things that were initially discussed by phone incorrect, forgotten about, or just plain wrong, but also it seemed like they wanted to spend my money on repairs, estimates and the like, as if it grew on trees.
Specific examples: prior to renting out my vacant condo, repairs to bring it up to standards were necessary. These repairs were originally estimated at over $3000, which was ridiculous

I recently transferred the management of our property to this company and have been very happy with the services that we and our tenant have received. Everyone I have spoken with has been very nice and professional and tried hard to be helpful in anyway they could. Would give more then 5 stars if i could. I started out with Matt and his team when i needed to rent my house out after transferring to California in 2015. After a simple yelp search i came upon 5 Star and called them to help me rent it out . They were always very helpful. Rented my house out in 2 days which was a relief. Through the last 5 years its been simple process( helps to have the same tenant the whole time). Rent was never late, kept me updated on needed repairs and costs and always had helpful info to share. Fast forward to March of this year I wanted to sell my house as it was no longer

It's sucks how selfish and money hungry people are during this pandemic!
Imagine paying your rent on time for the past year and a half. One month, you forget your rent by "A Day" and they literally tack on a $65 late payment LOL. You can't even get not one single person with a good heart who works there to waive it off.
At this point, I'm just over it and fed up with this property management company. It's never that serious. Have some sympathy people!

I have rented a condo in the SouthWest part of town for 2 years and just resigned for a 3rd year. Five Star has always been on top of everything. Anytime I reach out for anything I am answered with in reasonable timing and with respect. There has not been 1 issue with this company. They are Very easy to work with and actually care about their tenants and clients. Greg Keller came by this week to do an inspection on my condo for the renewal of my lease. Five Star is great. I was connected with them 2 years ago when I moved to Vegas. I was a tenant under their management. Application was easy enough, fair fee, fast approval, etc.
During the 2 years renting with them managing the house I was at, I never once had a problem. My first point of contact was Christy, but I don't think she is there any more...She was wonderful, always attentive to tenant's needs and we never had to tell her anything twice. I searched thoroughly before choosing Matt and the team at Five Star to manage my two Las Vegas Properties. They've been everything I hoped: professional, timely, on top of paperwork and homeowners issues.

Air conditioner decided to go out around 11pm, after a 107 degree day. Sent a maintenance request online around 5am. Received a phone call around 7:30am saying they would be here between 8am and 10am. A technician from an actual air conditioning company showed up around 8:30 and had it working again within an hour. Not a handyman. An actual trained professional who specializes in air conditioning! Our previous management company sent a handyman for everything, which is why every few months we had to call to have the same things repaired over and over again. It's great to be with a company

I have been fortunate enough to meet and get to know Matt on a personal level which is why I am posting this for all property owners that when you look for someone to manage a huge investment such as properties, there is no better person to entrust them to than Matt. He is a standup guy that truly understands the needs of a property owner as well as the needs of a renter and does his best to mitigate between the two. As a property owner, having someone rent your home is very personal because you invested so much plus the community and its residents will be affected by who rents in your property

$45 dollars for a maintenance to drive to my place? Maintenance even explained that it was not broken just not plugged properly. And the issue was already outstanding before I moved in. Seriously?! I noted that in the move in checklist you guys provided and I still paid for something that I didn't cause. Disappointing.

I was the buyer's agent on a property where Matthew Kammeyer was the listing agent. The property had a tenant in place, and some potential plumbing issues which would have made the transaction more difficult. Matt, with Five Star Real Estate, helped us find a home when we relocated to the Vegas area last year. He and his entire team are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable not only in the Vegas/Henderson market, but where real estate in general is concerned.
