If your loved one dies in a healthcare facility, they will notify the proper authorities, including the funeral home you have chosen to care for your loved one if they know that information.

They are amazing and supportive in your biggest time of need. Overly willing to go out of their way yo make a difficult process as simple as possible once they know what your expecting or needs are they take the ball and surpass your expectations making it as beautiful as possible. John Hann owner, is without a doubt one of the kindest, most compassionate people i have ever dealt with, with respect to funeral homes and directors. Due to his professional but very personal demeanor and hospitality and tremendous respect for the deceased and their family and loved ones, most of my family have been waked at Hann Funeral home over the last 30 years. After contacting a LOT of such companies for my mom's funeral arrangements, I was ready to give up... Everyone I reached out to dealt with the "negotiations" as a "my way or the highway"... No empathy, no willingness to listen to the customer, nothing... Until, I found the Hann Funeral Home and I had a chance to speak with John Hann, the owner. He was caring, willing to work with my desired direction for the funeral, explained the what and how and delivered his services in a most prompt manner. What a relief that was for me!
