I moved around August; Excited to start living on my own. However, this has been the worst experience. For “Luxury apartment” it is no luxury at all. Moving in, the apartment was not the cleanest. I requested the carpets to be re-clean as well as the apartment, but it didn’t happen. My washer has been broken since my move in date and still broken till this day. The worst thing is the roach infestation. I’ve come home to roaches on my clean dishes and to a roach living inside my dish washer. Yet nothing has been done about it. Chatana Jacks is an amazing assistant manger that helps out in any situation. Very understanding and relates to situations and helps resolve them as fast as she can. I experienced a big problem that called for extermination and she personally made sure it was taken care of. I was also locked out of my room and she lent me a personal key to unlock my bedroom door. She is very much appreciated as well as the rest of their wonderful staff. The manager Lisa Green is an amazing woman as well any problems I had she made sure it was resolved with professionalism and held me accountable for my mistakes

If I could give a negative 5 I would! Where do I start my son was renting an apartment, went through the entire process with sales agent Christina. Set everything up SRP, everything in his name ended up getting a U-Haul. Got everything out of his storage unit, and closed it out thinking he had a place to live. He arrived there at noon to be told that his apartment was actually not available but not to worry that they would find something for him. He proceeded to wait in his U-Haul and periodically checked back in the leasing office and was told they’re still working on it don’t worry they will

Although it was quite difficult living here with prior management things have changed after Western Wealth took over. New management for both the office and maintenance has been solid. Thomas, Shatana and Lisa have made a positive change with support for tenants and improvements all around. Although price increases do make it difficult for a lot I hope management can keep looking out for tenants as they have been and provide support for those in need such as myself recently.

Absolutely horrific place to live. Dish washer has been broken for more than half the amount of time we've lived here. The latest request has taken 4 months with no end in site. Cockroaches everywhere, in our kitchens and in our beds. Then they want to bump the cost to $1500? Absolutely insane. One shower doesn't even get hot water but it's not worth putting in the maintenance ticket because we all know they aren't coming.
Office will tell you they'll call you back and just not do so. Half the laundry machines are broken even after they "fixed" them. Literally go anywhere else.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! Roach infested, brown gunk leaking from the shower walls as well as roaches. Onnix doesn’t have a working laundry room ever but they do have bed bugs! Maintenance will not come unless you pester the front office. I live in a “renovated” apartment, don’t be fooled. You’re paying extra for a washer/dryer machine that can’t be fixed if it breaks because they no longer have access to the parts to the machine. Disgusting company and apartment building. They don’t deserve anyone’s money.

I previously lived in this community and I loved it. There are always fun community activities going on(maybe not with Covid I did live here before then). The gym is great with lots of good workout equipment and a sauna. The front pool and the pool by the gym were the only ones I ever used but they were both nice. There is a grilling area that I used to see lots of parties happening at so there is a space to entertain guests outside of the apartment. Very dog friendly community. As far as maintenance goes I couldn't really say if they are reliable or not because I did not find myself having

Worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. As an ex Military member I have moved multiple times in life, and this was the first apartment that did not care about safe living area. Once I moved in there was multiple violent break ins, screaming fights, and "hard" drug use. On top of the roach and bug infestation, water shut offs daily, and violence the lack of communication or help from management is the most disappointing.

First and foremost I would like to think the hiring manager for thinking about the people when hiring Alexis Pineda. Last month I was in a really tough spot and had to hurry and move ! I came in to Onnix Apartments In the first smile I saw was hers. Needless to say I knew when I seen her I was home. I've lived here for 2 yrs. 1 out of the two years the the water is consistently getting shut off. I'm glad I'll be moving in 3 weeks. Maintenance takes a while to get to you bc of the on going water issue that they don't compensate for. I pay rent on time every month and they haven't offered residence any compensation on the water being shut off. I work from home so i need these things to work for the amount i pay in rent. For the most part on the west side it's kind of quiet they had a gate that used to be present no longer there and it actually makes a annoying noise

Absolute garbage service at this apartment. I would never in a million years recommend living here. It is FAR from luxury and as many other reviews are in alignment, I'll go ahead and tell you why.
1. The water is always being shut off. For the last year, almost BI WEEKLY, the water is shut off. You wake up and can't use your water. Sure they email you to tell you but really....why is my water always off. I've never been someone where I have to schedule my showers around these peoples shut off schedule.

If you are planning on moving here please don't. You will not be able to get a good night sleep if you are located anywhere near the pool. Neighbors are very loud and don't pick up after themselves. The office does nothing. You can call them, e-mail them, and even show up to the office with a laundry list and they act like they will help resolve the many issues but they never do. You will see cops every other week. You will have bugs as roommates no matter how clean your apartment is. There is so much better out there. Don't ruin your apartment living experience here. Reference Onnix by BPM for more reviews(all are still valid). No matter how good this place may look like on the outside, with the brand new pools and new looking amenities, just know it's all a front to scam people into living in this community with property managers that couldn't care less about the people living here. Every single thing that needs to be fixed or replaced here has to be fought tooth and nail for by residents. Managements only priority is to make everything look as appealing as possible from the outside in order to entice more people to sign a lease.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Management does not care!!! They shut the water off once a week due to "unforeseen" issues. I have brought it to their attention many times of how much of an inconvenience it is especially for the tenants working from home, we can't even use the restroom, but they don't care!!! Terrible place to live!!! Seriously do not live here!!!! I give credit where it's due and I have not one good thing to say about to sorry place.

Do not recommend living here. The people at the front office don't know what they are talking about. They charge extra fees for everything. They have cockroaches and it's not a friendly place at all. Also there is two of each apartment number so they mess up the mailing. My car has gotten broken into and it has overall been a terrible experience living there.

Have had the pleasure of experiencing living here for the past year. Upon first appearance this place seems amazing! Once the allure wears off, you realize this place is pretty run down in the details. It's 2020, and it's inexcusable to still have single pane windows in the Phoenix summers. The gym was never properly cleaned, as the same blood stains remained on the walls for months, despite reporting them to the front office. Further, irrigation and water leaks run rampet, despite reporting to the front office, over and over again. It's gross negligence by the office to allow this when we live
