Great spot to hang your hat for awhile. Grounds are maintained very well, Staff is friendly and super helpful Joe, Chris and Richard are wonderful maintenance guys, they get the job done fast! There is a park right next to the property, great place to walk the dogs or hang out with the family. Overall I would say its a very quiet place, that has been my experience. Amenities are also great, havn't tried the pool yet, but the gym is awesome and they have fun things all around the property.

Me & My Husband & two daughters were looking into leasing a 3 Bedroom apartment. Upon touring the apartment, DANIEL WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. Literally seemed like he hated his job. He was very hesitant to giving us ANY information about the apartments. After going back and forth he finally let us tour the place. Before starting the tour he stood in front of our 4 year old daughter assuming she would move out of the way without him even saying "excuse me" or talking. In an apartment for three months, washer has not been fixed or replaced and kitchen sink has leaked three times. Spoke to assistant manager Ty today and guaranteed my issues would be resolved...no one showed up today! Very unprofessional !! Call a plumber and a whirlpool repair man. Also allowed a couple with two kids and a puppy to move in above us, constant running on our celing, tenant doesnt care Office says they will help with neighbor policy but nothing, 3 months into a nightmare,do not recommed to rent here, what a shame because it is beautiful...poor management

I would not recommend renting here, on the plus side the complex is nice and clean and well looked after. On the minimus side the no smoking rule in apartments is not enforced, my neighbors smoke enough pot in there apartment to keep a dispensary in business and nothing is done about it. It's also obvious that someone smoked in my apartment before I rented it. Also the sound deadening between apartments is terrible, I have to sleep with earplugs in every night. But the worst of all is the parking, there is not enough. The way the complex deals with it is two fold. First they pretend that there

I was super scared to rent here because of all the bad reviews but after doing a ton of research and having my friend tour it for us we decided to go for it. We’ve been here 3 months now and I’m honestly confused why there’s so much negative reviews.
We didn’t opt to upgrade our apartment so sure it would be nice if the kitchen was upgraded but we… knew that going into it. Other than that the apartment is very nice. It’s spacious, tall ceilings (and we’re on lower level), our view is phenomenal and the apartment grounds are very nice.

After living at the property for 8 years, Altezza High Desert took over the last few years and have been consistently less than professional. Upon move out, I was initially overcharged almost $500 for rent and through much persistence was able to have it removed. However, I am still being charged for a "pet carpet cleaning" despite no pets, a brand new carpet and photos supporting it. Check out reviews on multiple sites before deciding to live here, and if you do make sure you take extensive photos and videos upon move in and move out.

I am an RN who broke my lease early to go and help fight COVID. Management was less than sympathetic, and two months later, I am still fighting their $2,600 move out fee. They state I owe them $500 in "trash removal" for 21 bags of trash when they could not provide proof of the 21 bags.
They threaten to send you to collections when you do not pay them their "move out fee" and do not listen to reason. I set up a payment plan with them, however did not see any withdrawals from my account.

Nice location, terrible experience. We lived here 16 months, had problems from day one. Management was unresponsive or extremely slow to repair broken appliances, which meant we went 6 weeks without hot water or heat, among other problems. The entire complex was one continuous construction project, yet they raised our rent when we extended our lease. We couldn't wait to leave. It's unfortunate, because the location is wonderful.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!! I lived at Altezza for the past year, I moved out this week and it couldn’t have come soon enough. The problems started from the first day. When I came to view the apartments they showed me a model of the apartment that I was considering. The kitchen appliances were new, a black Whirlpool oven, stove and… dishwasher. When the leasing agent and I went to do the walk around the day I moved in (the first time I saw my apartment and after I signed the lease) I saw that the appliances in my apartment were at least 20 years old. Nice neighborhood but the apartments are not built well. We hear everything our upstairs neighbors do, and I mean everything. They have a terror of a dog who we can hear all the time, we hear their footsteps, when they go to the restroom, when they slam their doors, it has made living here miserable. Talked to the front desk and all the guy said was "that's apartment living" but I've lived in various apartments for the past ten years and have never experienced neighbors this loud.
