This apartment has a great location of accessing to food, market, and 75 highway. The unit and hallways are very clean, modern, and well maintained. The management team is very responsive to residents requests, they stay on top of things that are happening on the property and inform their residents with updates. Christina at the leasing office is super nice and caring, she made sure everything was ready on my move-in date, and really makes me feel at home. Laura is very friendly, sweet, and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and families!

Staff is so friendly and easy to work with. Building is luxury and feels safe. Ive lived here for 9 months now. There are events the staff puts on every two weeks or so like donuts and coffee or beer and popcorn that liven it up and let you get to know your neighbor if you want. Everything done with COVID protection in mind. There are even free personal hand sanitizer sprays with Morada logo that fit in a purse nicely. Just a great atmosphere to live and thrive in

I visited Morada a few weeks ago and I must say, this property along with the service is fantastic! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by Laura and Marisol. Marisol gave me the best apartment tour I’ve ever had. She was incredibly patient with answering all of the questions I had about the property and location. She was also patient giving the tour, I never felt rushed during the entire visit. After I left the property, I visited about three other communities; hands down, Morada was the best in all categories.

If this is the first time living by yourself in an apartment complex or you have been jaded by the horrible service and dual faced management systems, this is THE PLACE for you.
I was moving states during this pandemic and I had heard some crazy stories from my friends about how once you sign the lease, your problems stop becoming the management’s priorities. Capitalism no matter what, eh.
So naturally I was very cautious and was quite scared even, because I really needed a quiet and peaceful place. Luckily I had a great real estate agent as well, thanks Damon. But I called Morada myself as

Move-in Magic: My daughter moved into a Morada apartment but there were metal cylinders on chains down to the 8 ft 2 inch level which is 2 ft lower than a UHAUL truck. I brought up the issue with the staff and they contacted the city to allow the barriers to be moved.
I was very impressed that they were so responsive to the issue. Special thanks to Angela Rose who really went to bat for me. She deserves a raise, a promotion, or both !
My daughter really loves her apartment and I highly recommend Morada.
BTW: they are also right next to Lockhart BBQ, best BBQ in the Metroplex

Stayed at Morada for just a brief time but found they were extremely accommodating and cared about residents. While I haven’t lived in many apartments, I definitely enjoyed our time here. The property was impeccably well maintained and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Shoutout to Connor and the other staff!

Natalia was extremely helpful while planning my move from GA to TX. She sent me photos of the unit to give me an idea of the space, was responsive to all of my (many questions) and was helpful with everything through my move-in. The apartment and community as a whole are fantastic -- parking is pretty plentiful, the various amenities are great (everything is new), and the location in downtown Plano is fantastic. There's so much within walking distance! Happy I chose Morada Plano!

I’ve been living here since Oct 2019 brand new apartments here DT Plano. Place is amazing. Amenities from state of the art gym equipment lounges for residents use 24/7 rooftop patio with my wine at sunset is incredible, pool area being completed as I speak something from 5 star hotel. Garage parking so never coming n going caught bad weather. Had maintenance issue with my patio door not closing right after 1 email request to Angela she had Ben here with contractors next morning n it’s fixed working beautifully. Team here is very friendly and do residential beer n wine nights throughout each
