Last few months, grills have been broken. Walls are super thin.. can hear babies crying at 2am every night.. upstairs neighbors have made my stay here the worst experience ive had in my life. I called and told the office many times since last may and even had staff hear the noise and still nothing was done. Last management team was gonna let me out my lease early due to this but the new team came in out of no where and told me I could not leave anymore. Still as i type this post i can hear my neighbors noise as if they are in the living room with me with their kids running around. Your likely gonna

It's okay. The staff is great. The bottom of the line generic counters, sinks, lighting, cupboards, appliances, flooring, window treatment bath fixtures. The loudest dishwasher I've ever used. The meals were okay, not great, okay. Salad bar was yummy. Lots of parking. No pool. Nice workout area. Housekeeping was pretty good.

We were dealing with a Heather and she was so obnoxious and rude. Every time she spoke it looked like she was choking on her face. Provides no information and then gets upset when we ask questions. Maybe she was having a bad day but I can see why this complex has a 2 star rating when they staff folks like Heather. Wow! Unwelcoming and unfriendly.

I came in for apartment searching and wanted to just grab information on the community and what they offered. I was greeted by two lovely ladies Carolina and Gaby. They made me feel comfortable for all the questions I was asking them, They were even courteous to ask if I'd like any beverages or pastries!! I am very pleased with my experience with Lyric's staff just wish they had apartments with my move in date but I will definitely schedule a follow up a tour and move in next year when they have more availability !!

I enjoy living here at lyric Apartments. I would recommend Lyric apartments to any of my friends who are looking for an apartment to rent. I especially like the amenities.
Maintenance requests have always been done in a timely manner too.

I had my ice maker repaired. The maintenance workers fixed it immediately and I was happy with the work. I was able to meet Anthony the new maintenance worker. I thank lyric office for expediting my work order requests when they are able to do so.

I got lucky that we can't rent here.
We originally were going to move in on October 2, gave the $300 administrative fee to move forward and everything. Our first issue was that they had a coupon for $1,000 off your first month's rent on Yelp. They wouldn't give it to us, saying it was a mistake it was on there and they couldn't remove it. Obviously they can, since it's not on there now.
Then, we get a call a few weeks later that they made a mistake on the paperwork and we'd have to move in on September 29th. That didn't work for us, and they wouldn't refund

I'll start off by saying we signed a lease on an apartment that was on the "Do not rent" list. How that happened I have no idea but we had no choice as there were no other available apartments and we just arrived from California. Do yourself a favor and don't waste you time with this place. I guess the one redeeming factor this apartment complex has is that I've never experienced someone trying to break in. However there was a night when someone was blacked out drunk and they tried to get into our apartment thinking it was theirs. The cops are here a couple times a month

I rented here. I recently moved out. I was paying month to month after my lease ended. When I let them know at the beginning of the month that I would be moving out at the end of the month they informed me I COULD NOT MOVE OUT FOR 30 DAYS. Those extra days ended up costing 900 dollars. Not only that, they charged me 50$ extra for 7 MONTHS!
Be careful with this place. I'll admit the new pool looks like, and it draws you in. But these people are snakes.

The apartment that we originally leased was very filthy upon move in. Didn't look like it was inspected or cleaned at all. There was a possibility that mold was building up in one of the restrooms. Only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because they were able to accommodate quickly to another apartment. Other than that, we were very disappointed on move in.

I really do love it here and I try to be understanding of everything, but I called and left a voicemail on Tuesday regarding maintenance. My garbage disposal wasn't working, our lights had shut off once throughout this week, our cabinet door is falling off and as of today, my dryer broke while doing laundry.
This is the third time my dryer has broke. First time, it broke (September, I think) and we called maintenance. They fixed something and it worked 2x then broke again. Second time, same thing. Fixed it and it broke again. Third time, they replaced it. We were using other family members

Currently in the process of filing a lawsuit with lyric apartments after leaving town a week the maintenance guys came into out apartment and took money, luxury handbags my kids things and also broke our flat screen TV. Not only has “Heather” apartment management done nothing about this I also have pics and videos of one of their employees returning a handbag and some of my fiancé’s shoes but still missing thousands of dollars worth of things and money, “Michael” (one of their employees that is considered management I believe) is shown below along with a picture of one of my handbags

The reason of my review is just to let you know that this stupid people dont let you to be you!!!! no music is allowed at any time which is stupid, why do we pay that much rent if you are not allowed to be you, if you want to leave happy do not rent anything here, mrs manager and assistant should get up from there desk and walk around the complex and see all the dogs poo around, nasty place to leave and in the top of that the treat you super bad in the office.

The process is very easy and fast. Thank you very much miss Aida for your help youre awesome..This apartment is modern, clean, safe, a lot of parking spots you dnt have to stress out to find parking at night you can park at night no drama..the most important is the safety, quiet place and close to the grocery stores walking distance.

I wrote a good review when I first moved in, but my experience has changed since.
This place is extremely overpriced for little to nothing of what you're paying. If they give you a price expect to pay 200-400$ more in all their fees. It is NOT all inclusive. The staff will fine you for literally anything they can. They're not accommodating and will practically do anything to get you to sign the lease. After that you're in their hole. Don't get me wrong the appliances are cute but cheap. And the walls are paper thin.
Get a house or move somewhere where the money is actually worth

Please realize why this place has 2 stars on their average.

The problem with this place is in the way that they do business. Make sure you read your lease with a fine-tooth comb. They will nickel and dime you in every way possible. Take pictures when you move in and when you move out. They will try to charge you for anything.
They require 60 days notice to move out. No matter what. In our case

I have lived here for a year and three months and have had a pleasant experience. The amenities at this complex is great and the location is so convenient. I enjoyed the use of the business center and the pool with cabanas. I enjoyed my stay and never experienced a problem. The personnel in the front office is wonderful. Aida is great and Bri is Simply Amazing. I appreciate their professionalism.

Final update.. I'm finally leaving. It hasn't been hell or anything.. just over the nickel and diming. And think it funny that my last utility payment has something called a "c.a.m" fee.. Had to call the front office to find out about that.. Surprisingly its a common area maintenance fee which fortunately for me seems to have eluded me except for this last bill. Anyhoo just wanted any future renters to know what to expect on your utility bill other then water, gas and trash. Its been real Lyric,, but I'm off to bigger and better things. Watch out for AMC

We've lived here from the beginning when this complex was built. We have witnesses domestic abuse, a string of people's windows/doors smashed in, police cars constantly being called at night and day, and now our neighbors are living in a 2bd/2ba with about 6 female children who constantly bang on our walls all day all night. Like practicing either gymnastics or squash against the shared wall for hours. We've lived thru 2-3 management changes and nothing really changes. Maybe just the way the bills are paid.

I am writing to strongly recommend NOT living at Lyric Apartments. The apartments are nice and modern, but if you end up with horrible neighbors you will not receive ANY help from administration. I spoke to the front office more than five times for help, called the police multiple times, and asked security for help, and I could not get any actual solutions. My neighbor had his music playing day and night (like a club on the strip), constant domestic violence, people in and out at all times of the day & night - it was the absolute worse! I cannot stress how frustrating it was to get the standard

This would be zero stars if I could. This place has gone downhill fast. And now with new Managment you can't even call the front office to voice a complaint. It's all automated and you get redirected somewhere and need to leave a message. I currently live here as well and the neighbors play music with deep base day and all night. Can't even hear my own tv, let alone try to take a nap or sleep. And the other neighbors constantly have a hundred ppl going in and out of their house, all hours of the night, knocking on doors and slamming doors. I've been here for 2+ years and this
