Today (9/3/2021) I had an inspection done on a property that I'm pretty sure I may lose money on. I got pulled over for speeding trying to get to the appointment because I over slept. BUT when I got there, Rocco the inspector was already doing his job. He had a genuinely trusting personality. I was having an major anxiety attack, so I just let the inspector work without me following him around every step he take. He knew I was have anxiety issue but he still was calm and collective. He explained everything thoroughly to me and went over all the pictures with me of serious problems with the sewage

They did the home inspection and provided a summary report; the details for the roof noted:
-Shingle with age of approx 10 years old, they listed 3 recommendations/ items to have sealed at/around, that was it!. They noted "consult certified roofer for further recommendation. I actually spoke to Rocco about the report and he said the house was in overall nice shape!
I had a roofer come out to do the repairs and within 10 minutes he noted that the roof has serious hail damage and must be replaced! I call Rocco and inquire if he would have noticed and noted serious hail

We needed to get the inspection done quickly and they were able to schedule for the following Monday. Rocco completed the inspection and he was prompt , professional, thorough and very accommodating.
