After years of inspecting houses around Ohio and rehabbing them for his own real estate business, Pat Bruce founded Master Building Inspectors to take the worry out of buying a home. We began to transfer over from our general contracting business in 2012. We worked chiefly in the areas of plumbing, electric, and garage doors through the years with Bruce Home Services.

We used Pat to do a inspection of our new home for the 1 year inspection. He did an amazing inspection of the whole house, and did a thoroughly professional job. He gave us so much information and explained everything in detail, even taking pictures of his findings and making them part of his report. He is an absolute delight to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I used Pat twice, both times he was awesome! Very thorough with every single detail. With the first house we had inspected, he pointed out some great issues that definitely made me realize how uncomfortable I was inside that house and helped me make the decision to walk away.. He explained every issue and helped my wife and I understand the threat those issues could pose in the future.After using him the first time I was definitely going with him for the second house. Again, he was very thorough with his inspection and didn't look over any minor issues. With all that being said, I would 110% recommend

Thank You Pat. Amazing job on the inspection for our new home. You were very detailed oriented and provided in depth information about what needs to be fixed or what is in good condition. This way we were able to talk to our Relator Chad and were able to get the remedies cleared and are finally in contract.
