Not sure where to even start. I know someone who lives there and has consistently had water over flow from her water heater area. All they keep doing is snake it and give her a big fan to dry. Also, does not help pay for the electricity that the fan uses. Than constantly has maintenance looking in her windows so no privacy. This place is a joke!

I'm not sure exactly where to begin. A friend of mine and I went to go fill out an application here and got told three different excuses of why we were denied after being told they would work with us and did everything that we could to prove that we were valuable and reliable tenants they still seem to treat us like we were trash. I lived here for 5 months from July until December . I had to contact the fire marshal because the outlet for my stove was not installed properly and the entire outlet was hanging out of the wall. Huge fire hazard and in addition my entire units electrical wiring was in a poorly lit and maintained basement directly under my apartment in an unlocked closet with loose wires. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the stove outlet when maintenance looked at it. The washer in the basement of my unit leaked water while it ran, which caused light flooding in the room. I don’t know where to start except the the 1st day I moved in I heard dripping water hitting the ceiling, mind you it had been raining for a few days prior. I am on the 3rd floor. When I called maintenance they showed up & the maintenance man said he didn’t hear anything & of course by that time There were no dripping sounds. One thing the maintenance man did do is stand on the kitchen counter and place his hands on the ceiling & the whole kitchen ceiling moved. I stated that doesn’t seem right. I was told if I hear the dripping sound again to report to maintenance.

I only lived here for about nine months. I only lived here cause they took short term leases while I was building a home. The apartments are disgusting. There was fireworks on my fridge when I moved in, half used rolls of toilet paper. Water running down the walls and windows cause it was freezing out and the heat was set at 50 and the windows are from probably 1970. They did give me a $100 dollar credit for this. They do a terrible job clearing snow. The yard looks awful. There are weeds all over (besides right by the club house). I saw two drug deals while I lived there and my apartment building

I lived at The Lodge from February 2004 to March 2005. I moved there primarily because they accepted pets. I ended up paying over $700 per month for a one bedroom apartment; the terms of the lease were very confusing and the business manager did not do a good job of clarifying them. In addition there were electrical outlets in the living room that did not work and weren't repaired even though I reported the problem to maintenance. Furthermore when I moved out they did not notify me that I had $300 outstanding for rent and they reported me to Tenant Data Services which became a hassle when
