The majority of our rental properties require a 12 month lease and end/begin between May-August to coincide with the WSU school calendar. All tenants and cosignors on any signed lease will be responsible for the entirety of all rent/bill amounts.
If for some reason a lease must be broken there will be a forfeiture of your security deposit in accordance to your lease agreement and the current tenant will be responsible for all payments until a new tenant has been approved and signed a new lease agreement.Once you find an available property (or a few) that you are interested in, please call to set an appointment for a showing at least 24 hours in advance.

Our office takes checks and money orders over the counter. You can also pay online after setting up your account on Appfolio. You can also send your payments by mail to the office. Make sure to include the rental address. We DO NOT accept cash. We prefer online payments to help ease the reminder of mailing or dropping off your rent payment.
Our comprehensive online/offline marketing approach keeps your property rented. Utilizing cutting edge technologies, we syndicate your properties on craigslist, social media, and our own websites to capture the attention of new potential renters. Our tenants are required to go through a stringent screening process.
I have worked with My Rental Company for the past 1 year and realized that the staff in the company are professional and hard-working. My rental company does pretty much everything. They accurately estimate monthly rental fee ad charge very small agency fee. They handle the up-front work of making a home tenant ready and market the property.

Do not put your student in a lease from these people. they are opportunistic and feed on the ignorance and inexperience of their tenants and rely on that to get away with all sorts of stuff that adults wouldn't tolerate. they got one star because zero stars is not an option on yelp.
Heidi Washington lied straight to my face pre-lease about removing the cat urine filled carpet. pre lease, i declared the carpet a deal breaker due to my allergies, and she was so full of it that she made promises she couldn't keep. even with email documentation of this arrangement, manager Lynn Kramer backed

My wife and I are incredibly disappointed and frustrated with our experience with Windermere.
Both my wife and I have excellent rental and credit history and we were still asked for a co-signer, despite having over a year of rent in the bank statement we sent them (which they asked for, but did not look at). This was also clearly stated in the body of the email which also, obviously, went unread.
After we replied with an email pointing out the balance in our bank statement they retracted the co-signer requirement.
I will say my wife and I made a typo in our application, listing 680 rather

Heidi and the team at Windermere Pullman are excellent. They took the time to find us the exact rental property we were looking for. Kept in constant communication with us and we ended up with the rental house of our dreams here in Pullman. We have had a few maintenance calls and they are always handled very quickly and issues were fixed within a day. We have had experience with most of the rental companies and Windermere puts all of them to shame!!! Great service, great staff, and they are very reasonable landlords. A+++++

PULLMAN RENTERS BEWARE!!! Pay close attention to the reviews of Windermere Rentals, Pullman, WA. There ARE reputable, we'll run rental agencies in the area...STAY AWAY from Windermere! This is an individually owned real estate/rental agency. I was given a checklist, detailing how clean my rental would be for my arrival. Of course you pay 1st, last and your damage deposit prior to moving in, with NO VERIFICATION that your rental will be in the condition as stated by Windermere. Our Windermere Rental was a filth pit, had mold growing in the dishwasher, grease throughout the kitchen cupboards

The previous reviews are right. We had little choice but to rent a home through this company. The market is tight in Pullman for rental homes. Don't believe anything they tell you. Verify everything. The owner of the company is rude to say the least. I'm sure he has created endless complaints throughout the community. The house they rented us was supposed to be clean and ready to go. NOT TRUE! It was a filthy mess and needed much cleaning to make it livable. Be very careful with your privacy issues. They sent us someone else's background information instead of a blank form. I sincerely
