Lease Term: Month to Month --but must stay at least 1 full month--sorry, no daily or weekly rates. This space will only accomodate an RV/5th Wheel up to 25' in length-- Water/sewer hookups!
Garbage disposal also provided; Tenant must pay AVISTA & (if desired) cable/internet; Pet(s) may be allowed on case by case basis with prior approval & additional deposit; Available: Now; Offered on a month to month basis--longer term may be negotiated if desired!Unit MUST be owner occupied!

IMPORTANT: This application is to be printed and mailed or brought in to All Valley Property Management Inc. They are NOT to be E-MAILED. The reason for this is all applications do require a SIGNATURE and a $25.00 non-refundable application processing fee, if you are mailing in the application you must include said fee via money-order, cashier's check, or if coming in to the office, by cash, money-order or cahier's check.

Bruce, Mollie, Debbie and MaryAnn have been so helpful! They are all very kind to us. We've had both our furnace and AC go out, and each time they made reasonable, quick accomodations to get us comfortable again. They provided space heaters and a portable AC. They also called and checked in on us, during those times, to make sure we were ok. From the beginning, they've been nothing but fair and accomodating of our needs. They were great during the original lease signing, and we have been with them now for more than 3 years. We even rented storage units from them, and my bf is very happy with that

They took the time to listen to me and help me and take care of me when I'm on disability so that I can get into a storage unit because I'm going to be homeless because it domestic violence because of the landlord cabin fever from culvert stress and old age and depression these are the times we need people like property Management to help people in their times of need thank you Fred Purdin thank you.

Have rented from this company for years!! Never had any problems. It's hard for a lot of people to understand, when you rent a property, there are a bunch of different rules that apply......not only for the renter but for the property manager as well, because there is still an owner that EVERYONE has to make happy 😊.......when you buy a house , you can usually find the easy accommodations your looking for👍 Best Wishes

Do not rent from these people they are slum lords , they will screw you over any chance they get for the extra money, they are extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. You need to complain about everything every day for months straight and they will start micromanaging every little thing to try and evict you.this comes from someone who has rented through many property management companies whilst in the military. Don’t listen to their damage control posts this will save you a ton of headache they will cause. Oh rent is cheap though :). (You get what you pay for)

Unreasonable standards! Each individual living in the home must make 3xs the rent and have a 600+ FICO score. If one person has an 800 FICO and the other has a 550 FICO score, they will not rent to you. In addition, two people not married making $2000+ a month can only get approved for an apartment with a rent amount of about $650. Absolutely no compromise! Anything under $900 a month in Clarkston is a dump!! Most landlords have no pride in their properties.

Be cautious renting from here. Always know your rights as a tenant. Almost two ago I was in a horrible stalking/abusive situation and they refused to abide to my rights. I provided all information to leave my rental including all police reports, charges against the other person, an restraining order I had against the abuser (the state slapped max they could on him immediately because this was a severe case) and my rights as a tenant. The most horrifying experiences of the abuse occurred at the rental. The person broke into then home many times and was violent towards me. It was all documented and

Refused to rent to my best friend, a stay at home mother. Actually came right out and said that to her face. Said they accepted Section 8 housing assistance. Then proceeded to say that they had to be making 3 times what the rental price is to be able to rent to her and her fiance. Why would you need housing assistance if you could afford the rent by making 3 times what it was? These people are discriminatory to say the least. This place is a sham and really shouldn't be in business if they plan to keep discriminating against single mothers and unmarried couples.

Applied for one rental and the VERY next day called to change the rental address to another property I viewed. The lady who answered the phone took the message as Debbie was unavailable and said it would be no problem to change. 4 days later I get a call from Debbie who said she never got the message and I could take the original rental or nothing. I also left a clean storage vacated by the first or March and they still want a whole months rent. Do NOT apply here and read all the reviews.

Have had some complications with them. But they have made an effort to make me happy, which is good progress! They just need to work on making sure their customers feel appreciated and understand that most people are using half of their paycheck every two weeks to pay rent...we all work hard for our money and that's a lot of time and dedication just put into making sure they get their rent on time every month.
