All documents listed below MUST be emailed to proproperty6723@gmail.com or brought into the office before your application will be processed. Housing and Section 8 applications: please bring a copy of you housing voucher and eligibility worksheet. Background check-ALL prospective tenants age 18 and older must fill out and sign application paperwork and pay required non-refundable application processing fee.

I will give it three stars for it's internet presence. I find that after making call after call during office hours over several weeks of not being answered never received a returned call. I guess that can offer lousy service because the market is in their favor as a owner of rental properties that have them manage them, beware! Having experience in having a property manager I would be very concerned having this company oversee my property.

I wish I had listened to the other reviews before applying for a rental with this company. It's been 2 weeks since I applied for an apartment and haven't had any communication with them since. I have tried calling their office several times a day and emailing with no response. I call on other days and nothing. Im not even sure people work here. They took my money and asked for all this paperwork and they couldn't even have the decency to communicate with me.

If we could leave negative stars we would. 3 weeks to get any answers on our application. Rarely answered phone calls and was always told they were waiting for their boss to give them information. After 3 weeks we were finally told there were people before us so the rental was taken. Highly unprofessional.

Worst property management in all of Idaho , probably USA:) First off , communication is a constant struggle . Then when you do get a response it’s very vague , or completely off topic . :)The incompetence is astounding, they don’t have a clue what they are doing . Unorganized, unprofessional. :)
I would live in a storage unit before ever using them again . And if your out of options and have to use them . Read every line on every piece of paper , record every phone call , save every text , because they will straight up lie to you . They are extremely dishonest :) what’s really unfortunate

Please stay away from this place. I do not reccomend renting from them for any length of time. They are unprofessional and often rude.
I only rented from them for 2 years. Early on in my renting experience they left a notice on my door threatening eviction for not paying rent. Absolutely baffling seeing how I had the receipt for rent that month still in my purse. I went to their office and the response I got was essentially "Oh no! That was meant for a neighbor of yours." Okay, no huge deal I suppose but it really shows how unorganized they are.

I don’t normally write reviews or get upset. I am pretty understanding and patient, however it has now been over 2 weeks since I submitted my application. I have checked on the status multiple times only to be told “ we are working on it, we have been super busy” and “we are waiting to hear back from your references” 2 of my references haven’t even been called to this day, and also the original place we wanted got snagged last week because they failed to process my application in a timely manner. Horrible communication and not professional at all. Currently waiting to see if I can get

Feels like they don't have a great grasp on what is in their lease or rental laws. And they were not very professional. The majority of my communication with them was via text message with a :) at the end of it. As if a :) will lessen the impact of them telling you you will be evicted because rent hasn't arrived (it was the 1st and it was in their mailbox that wasn't checked prior to sending the message).

As a landlord for many years I’ve realize that a good property manager is actually more important then the hottest rental markets. With properties also in California and OR I wish there was a way pro property could manage them also. I like the fact that pro prop does not have a large turnover of help.
