All of our floor plans include a wood burning fireplace, walk in closets, built in bookshelf (1 bedrooms only), washer and dryer connections, patio or balcony with exterior storage or sunroom, and all major kitchen appliances. We cover the water, sewage, pest control, and garbage service. We have 2 sparkling swimming pools on the property, a fitness center, and a laundry facility all in our gated community.
We love our pets! Our community is located on a peaceful secluded area but, that does not mean we are not accessible to the rest of Baton Rouge. We have a Neighborhood Winn Dixie a block away from our community, amazing restaurants like Portobello's, The Coffee Bean, Dempsey's, Masons, and much more.

This place is highly unprofessional I haven't even finished the application process and I'm already jumping over hurdles to get in contact with someone in the office. Also the application website doesn't update properly the apartment you want, you won't know it's availability until you go through a lengthy application process just to be told it's not available and contact the office. If I'm lucky I get ahold of someone and I have start the process all over again.

Inconsiderate! Lack of compassion! Thoughtless! I don't think I need to go on! MILLIONS of people affected by the recent natural disaster known as Hurricane Ida and this place literally charged its residents a LATE FEE! There was NO freaking electricity to a MILLION PLUS people! Some residents had evacuated for their safety and the office had to the audacity and the gall to charge its residents a late fee!!! REALLY???

I just wanted to get on here, and brag for a few minutes! During the stressful time of finding out that our roof was leaking, and it getting our bedroom carpet wet, this apartment complex and the office staff have been incredible!! Not only were we offered temporary apartment to stay in while the carpet company made sure everything was dry, and the roofing company were fixing the roof, we were checked up on almost daily! Unfortunately this did happen a second time due to the roofing company thinking it was one problem, but it was a different one! We were offered our choice of two different apartments

Easily one of the worst places I’ve lived in, management is rude and wont work with you at all, the maintenance people were cool but management is terrible. There’s no wonder why there’s more negative reviews then positive. I left my cooler and washing machine in there for a couple of days after my move out and got a call they trashed it, which I’m sure it’s being kept. For the extremely high priced apartment that’s old and has mold in it, I would advise spending your money elsewhere.

This place is horrible, maintenance call after maintenance call, and guess what. Nobody ever shows up to fix problems.
I am currently being evicted due to non payment. Well, maybe if you would fix the flooding, the broken window in master bedroom due to your lawn service breaking it, replacing my fire extinguisher, and the smell of something dead coming from fire place, I would have paid rent.
I have numerous photos of the apartment being flooded even as I type this out, and I'm packing my stuff to leave, the apartment is flooded.
Horrible. I would never recommend living here.

We did a 1 year lease here & it was the WORST. Management is lazy & RUDE plus they don't care about anything outside of rent money. Maintenance does a horrible job at RIGGING things because they surely don't fix them. We experienced water flooding for months & the only reason it got fixed is bc I emailed corporate an ear full & threatened to pursue legal action against them. We had BAD mold in an outside closet when we moved in , told them about it & THEY SENT THEM TO PAINT OVER IT WITHOUT TELLING US A THING. We just so happened to see it one day. My children couldn

Yo, I love it here. The management is on point and helpful. The front desk Sales Associate is super cool too. Very friendly (10/10) , very nice (10/10) and respectful (10/10). One thing I personally believe is that this world is built around serving other people. There's not a single job where you serve yourself alone. So why not do what you love to do and be the best at it? That way you'll serve people the best. That's what I feel this place does. Overall its a welcoming place. Feels like home.

Gated, not gated? I have been living here for 3 months and the gate has not been closed ONCE since, regardless of the time of day. So calling it gated and giving out access cards is a complete sham. Laundry area is awful and disgusting, thank goodness I have washer/dryer. Also parking is somewhat an issue, very little room backing in and out. On a positive note, apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage. Pool is nice.

Outdated. Manager is very rude. Love my neighbors though, but they do not have anything good to say about the apartments. All of them say that they have been living here for years, but the change in management made the apartment complex a place that you do not want to live. The owner of the building claims to have an open door policy, however, I have called and left several messages and I have sent several emails, but I have yet to get a responses. All I can say is that I cant wait for my lease to be up.

I just signed a lease here...I should have looked at the apartment that they were assigning me before signing. It looks NOTHING like the display unit. The appliances are ancient, and yellow to boot, the formica counter tops are covered in scratches. The microwave door came off in my hand when I tried to open it. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't have a globe. Just a bulb screwed into the ceiling fan with the bulb exposed. The location is great, the apartments however, are dated and the appliances are ancient. The apartment had not been cleaned and the floor under the refrigerator

At Edgewood Apartments they like to play a game.
Sent one months notice of leaving in envelope with rent check.
In return had I recieved in instructions month to month on my apartment door the next day on lease termination.
Went down to notify them again I would be leaving on Oct 1. As a courtesy.
They said they never got my notice and I would owe another months rent.
I enclosed it with my rent payment enevolope. They cashed the check so they had it or threw it away.
I suggest get a signed copy of the from the manager when you give written notice.
They know the game and will pull the same stunt

Very unsatisfied tenant, I moved into this apartment complex in May. My AC has gone out 4 times, including yesterday. It was supposedly fixed yesterday but after a 12 hr day at work and running errands I arive home again to 90° apartment. Called maintenance and they are on another call so it may be midnight it may be 6am but I am without AC again. Management doesn't seem to care either, after many miserable nights, heat stroke (yes I had to go to hospital for dehydration after one nite of 90-100 degrees in my apartment) I havent even got so much as an Im sorry. I bet they all sleep in nice
