Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Looking for an apartment with my girlfriend has been difficult until we met the property manager Allia Grove! That women knows her complex like the back of her hand and the entire time she ensured we were comfortable and satisfied with our inquiries and questions. I am not an impulsive buyer but we were sold after just meeting Allia and agreed to move forward with our application process! If you want the full experience I’d recommend going to see her instead of doing the virtual tour. Customer service was beyond nice and professional with suggestions and tips from someone whose been at the location

I applied and was contacted back stating that I was approved and everything was good. I paid the deposit and even picked my apartment style. Approximately few weeks before I was to out of my apartment, after already giving them a notice and not renewing my lease at my current place I get a call saying that my apartment was no longer available and maybe something would be available (2months) later. Left me out of my lease and basically no where to go with 2 weeks to figure it out. They will take your money and tell you you’re approved for apartments that are t even available!!!! and took almost

My wife and I renewed our lease recently for our second year. We love it. The grounds are beautifully maintained, maintenence staff has fast response time and do good work. Our apartment is quite comfortable..lots of space (including outsidestorage room). Office staff is friendly. Great security systems too. Highest recommendations

I lived at Chelsea Park for one year. Was very comfortable, the staff are very polite and friendly. Brand new washer and refrigerator. I lived on the first floor and during the hottest months of the summer, I never once needed to use the central air. It was always nice and cool. The sidewalks are well maintained during the winter months. I only had a couple maintenance issues but once reported, the maintenance crew got right on it and fixed the problem. I really have no complaints, I had a very pleasant stay at the Chelsea Park apartments.

I've lived at Chelsea Park for almost two years and just recently signed for a third. In the less than two years I've lived here they have installed brand new energy efficient washers and most recently an in home security system. It's great! I can control everything from the temperature, to the locks, to seeing if I have a package at my door all from my phone while I'm away. Also, the management is always so nice and helpful. The pool is always clean and rarely crowded. You really are getting what you pay for at Chelsea Park. I love it.

I have lived here for over 3 years plus and can honestly say that the leasing office has always been helpful and considerate to me on everything. I took my Dad to see the Chelsea Park apts, he had a great experience thanks to Allia Grove the Asst MGR there she talked with him and helped him with the paperwork and the second visit she greeted him by his name and that sold him, the grounds are clean and the demographics are diverse. Thanks for making my Dad feel at home.

My wife and I moved from North Carolina to Michigan and ended up here at Chelsea Park. We didn't get the chance to see the community or tour before moving, but have gotten really lucky because we have absolutely loved it here! It's been a very nice and quiet community, the apartments are spacious and accommodating, and the office staff, Mary and Mellisa, are very friendly and helpful. Mary and Mellisa make sure to take care of their residents and really make us feel at home. Chelsea Park Apartments is a great location and has beautiful floor plans. I was assisted by a Ms Dominique she was very polite and informative. She has a great smile to go with it. I am a wife and mother of 2 middle schooled children. Me and my husband are looking for something close to our jobs. I think Ms Dominique will have some new tenants soon and hopefully a great relationship.

I've been living here since the end of June & I love living here at Chelsea Park , it's very peaceful & quite . Work orders are handled fast & efficiently. They have activities/competition's to give the residents here at Chelsea Park a chance 2 meet, before I moved here I didn't have any friends in Taylor now In happy to say I have a new family. Chelsea Park Luxury Apartment's are a 1 stop shop.......

Lived here for 2 years. They are the "nicer" apartments in Taylor. The first year no problems so we signed up for another year.
BIG MISTAKE! The manager was fired for misappropriation of rent given her. After that they hired a new manager that tried to stick us with any and every charge they could once we moved. Good thing I took pictures upon our moving out. Oh, did I mention that cars started getting their tires stolen? Don't believe me? I attached a picture. I never went to the pool because the people were so ignorant acting. All in all, find a different apartment/city to
