It's been over 2 months and the company won't respond they over charged my card for the initial application fee I did not get the unit THANK GOD!! but getting the holding deposit back took more than a month and no communication and they put monies owed to me in the co applicants name who does this ??? The meadows that's who !!! Don't live there 2,000 and they don't even have a washer or dryer in the unit !!! STEP YOUR HOUSING GAME UP!

My husband and I lived here 2 years. Alma in the office was super sweet and professional and Miguel in maintenance was awesome and friendly. He always helped us immediately when we had even minor issues. The apartment was nice and we had great neighbors. We got a rent increase in year one but not year two. The downside is the parking really sucks and the freeway is noisy. Also noticed a few roaches in the end and we are clean people.

Honestly, the most mismanaged place I have ever lived. They have tried to violate many laws in an attempt to extort more money out of me. Constantly have placed notices on my door increasing rent by $50 the next lease period then the next week another notice claiming it will increase by $75... then a call to the management to clear up this discrepancy leads them to say both notices are wrong and I will be paying $100 more. The "inspections" of the apartment are a joke. They add batteries to smoke detectors and that's it. Their check of what works and doesn't is filled out without

By far the WORST complex that I have EVER lived in! I have lived in several apartments in the past 12 years and this was the worst! Where do I start... PARKING IS A JOKE! The have limited guest parking spot and additional parking spots for tenants who have more than 1 vehicle, maybe 20 spots for over 200 units. To top it all off the manager AND maintenance each have 2-3 spots each. Absolute Joke. The minute you notice someone move out and their spot become available the manager will immediately park in it so that nobody else can!

One of the worst apartment I have lived in by far even everyone visited me think the same just from 1 visits management is horrible there was only one nice lady at the entire management Maria the parking is Night mare the gate is night mare no key pad you have to have a remote that barely works no visitors parking not working parking on the street because there is no parking inside the apartments so everyone parks on the street so it's really hard to find parking the place have kids playing all over its so noisy the apartments are so old the AC barely works there the apartments are not clean

I've been living there for over 6 months and I was happy and I was willing to renew my contract, but a lot of things have changed in the last couple of weeks. Things with management are awful. They do not want kids playing at all. If they see a kid riding their bike or scooter, they will confiscate it. They do not want kids playing with any kind of balls, no more than 2 guest at the pool. They do not want anything on the patio and if you have anything(flags, shoes, towels, etc.) they will call you right away to remove it. ALMA is the worst. If I could put 0 stars, I would. A horrible place to rent at. It is not a family friendly place, kids can't even ride skate boards or scooters within the apartment complex. They want us to send out kids out to the freeway and put their lives in jeapordy. The female staff is rude and biased against the residents. What can I say about the metals I've lived here for 3 years mostly it's quiet . Its not my first time living here I moved away. And came back because of the friendly office manager. The office manager Michelle is very friendly and helpful respectful and well now that's about the Apt. She always make sure if I have a maintenance call it gets done before you leave that day. I would not rent out here....There are a bunch of people that do not work that stay here....play loud music.....and if you want to have a peaceful time....do not rent out apartment 432....I am staying here and just put in my 30 days.....the people below me fight all the time throw belongings in the yard....climb up on my deck.....get drunk...play drums loud...and have a dog that barks all the time....you are better off looking elsewhere....those people are so inconsiderate and rude.....the people below me are horrible people that are so inconsiderate.....
