I have been a resident for more than three years and I am Movvvvvving Out . DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY CUSTOMER SE SERVICE. As a resident I ask for maintenance to check and make sure my burner with off due to be going out of town and leaving out in a heist. When I called back I spoke with Catherine who was very rude and had the audacity to let me know they went out there for nothing because it was off. I address with her that the tone and attitude was unprofessional and was not cool. She cut me off and stated she not trying to be, yet you cut me off .

I would not recommend. Not professional. Very limited access to the amenities 10-4pm. Obviously most people work during these hours. Grills are not available for use nor is the gym outside of these hours. Oh don’t forget about the gate lol. Don’t waste your time or money.

Katheryn Keller was Amazing throughout the whole entire application process. Every question I asked she answered, rather if I asked the same question over and over again but in a different way. It didn’t matter how many times I called her to see my application status, she remained humble. In these times it’s hard to find someone with Excellent Customer Service Skills. She made sure I understood things concerning the move in and the property rules and regulations. How the amenity process works when reserving one of them.

Don’t let the modern appearance fool you - this place is a HEADACHE. Only been here 3 weeks and the management office has misplaced 3 separate packages of mine (all carriers have confirmed signed delivery at the office and correct apartment info on each postage label). Management told me that there is nothing they can do about my missing packages! The gates NEVER work properly. Management NEVER answers the phone. The water pressure is way too low. Pest control is a joke. LEASE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Surely you can find something more comfortable at this price point.

I've lived here in The Horizons for 3 years now, I know I know it's been awhile, but our 2 year stay have been very swell and we are enjoying our stay here so we had to renew! Luis have been very patient, helpful, and kind to my husband and I. We seen 2 different groups of management trying to improve the community, but Luis and his team have done a lot to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Whenever you want to make a tour seek for Luis, he is the one that will definitely make your stay comfortable - I recommend!

I'm updating this review to go more in depth, because I have had enough with this complex.
There is always trash everywhere. Even throughout the stairwells. This morning, there was beer bottles, soda cans and firework debris. Not only is this disgusting and attracts bugs, it's a hazard. The dumpsters outside are overflowing with garbage. The hallway floors are stained with liquid from the garbage bags. We have lived here for ten months, and there has been many crime incidents. A drive by shooting, DEA raids, vehicular assault, and a stabbing. I'm sure there's been more, but

The Apartment itself is clean and pretty, including the master shower fixtures! However the building I live in has HORRIBLE water pressure! I have gone DAYS without being able to flush my toilet!!! I have inquired and informed the office personnel's and maintenance professionals of this issue and it was dismissed. I have gotten the run around since I moved in months ago and finally they hired a plumber who confirmed my complaint. The issue still wasn't resolved as it has to be "approved" through upper management.

These are the worst apartments ever. We have had an absolute HORRIFIC experience living here. These apartments are dirty, the staff is extremely unhelpful and they are DANGEROUS, just excuses after others. There have been numerous incidents of crime (violent crime, too) that the leasing office just does not feel is important to notify residents of. You'll just find out by coming home to CSI and crime scene tape around your apartment. Management does not care about your concerns. Horrible. I don't recommend to anyone, do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.

I have seen the interior and the renovations are nice but these are my observations. I know about this place because I went to visit someone there. I don't think the prices are fair due to my observations.

The apartments are nice, but all positives stop there.
The security is non existent. I’ve been here 8 months and there are been, in my building alone, 2 breaks ins and a drive by “in air” shooter that threatened my life. A quick search on google reveals I’m not even close to the only one with serious security concerns.
The back gate hasn’t worked in 8 months. They lowered the fence around the property and left openings at every side walk. They say it’s temporary but it’s beenlike that for months. There is plenty of crime and drug use going on around here

Ok so in the begging Mathew was good but after I applied and toured it was horrible . This office have horrible fallow up. They promise you all this and that but can't deliver on it . The online said they have unit Avaialble now for move in I was looking for something ASAP with in week I applied in the begging week almost 10 days they keep telling me it going be ready December 27,28,29,30,31 Mathew did . Update it's been 3 months now since we moved out. We have been calling multiple times and have received the same story. Our security deposit is approved but they don't know why we haven't received it; they say they will call us back but never do.

My favorite apartment thus far. Great location, beautiful apartment and great staff. Luis is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He knows what he is doing and is always helpful with whatever I need. He makes us feel welcome to the community. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The leasing manager was more than helpful and super sweet helped and guided me through everything I needed to know . Also Matthew who works in there helped and made sure everything came together (process) smoothly ..! I don't have any complaints..

OMG THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS CRAZY!!!!! THESE NEW PEOPLE AT THE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE, LAZY, RUDE ETC ESPECIALLY THE TALL DARK GUY SITTING IN THE OFFICE TO THE LEFT HES RUDE. I CALL NUMEROUS TIMES DAY AFTER DAY AND NO ONE PICKS UP AND WHEN THEY DO... YOU CAN NEVER BE HAPPY. IM DEF LEAVING WHEN MY LEASE IS UP!!!! TALK ABOUT ENFORCING PEOPLE PARKING WITHOUT DECAL, I COME HOME AT 8 or EARLIER AND NEVER CAN I PARK IN FRONT, MOST OF THE TIMES I PARK 3-4 BUILDING AWAY.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My wife and I lived here for a year and it started out ok. Our biggest issues were with the office staff, trash area, and overall craftsmanship of the apartment itself. Towards the end of our lease, we had a member of the office staff enter our apartment, look around, and call us asking when we were moving out because "our stuff was still there and THEY HAD LEASED OUR APARTMENT". We had over a month left on our lease at this point. Then, someone else called the next day asking the same thing for the same reason and that was it. I contacted the management

For a while, I didn't have any major issues other than the trash pickup not coming to get the trash on the third floor. I found out I was pregnant and decided I wanted to move to the first floor because it was hard getting up and down the stairs. I decided we can do that when the lease was up. On April 30th, we went to the office and they say that they were having "A lease signing event" We come back, and we are just sitting there basically having an ice cream party nothing was discussed regarding the lease. Between May 1-30 we probably went to the office maybe 15-20 times trying

Horrible customer service experience with new people at the office Matthew lacks in customer service the move in date for my nephews apartment was delayed with lack of communication. Move in changed from 8/7 to 8/17 gets there to pick up keys and is notified the apartment is not ready !!! Really then should be by Tuesday til today 8/26 still not ready. I was a resident here for two years bragged about how great this place was to live and referred my nephew to become a resident here and unfortunately all this has changed. Now waiting to see if they are able to finish painting apartment or other

Communication is lousy at best. Never return phone calls or emails. When you do get someone that finally answers the phone they say they will take care of it, then I find myself calling an additional three times before anything is resolved. We pay a $35 convenience fee that includes trash pick up that gets cancelled pretty much once a week. Parking on the weekends is the worst, I understand that people have guests but when as a resident that has a parking pass has to park three buildings away, there is a problem. Gates are never closed, constantly left open. When the amenities are finally finished
