They have increased rent quite significantly (by about 300 on all apartment sizes) especially when their appliances are old, I'm a baker and my oven has hot and not hot the numbers on the dial mean nothing. I am saying that because I can pay the same price for a 2 bed 1.5 bath in a particular place near dutch bros in airway with excellent customer service, garage parking for all and all new appliances cough cough. Now living in a city should be more expensive but this isn't a big city where 1250 for a 1 bed 1 bath is cheap. I am in the Airforce and I can't afford to live in a one bed here alone

Not bad. Not good. Parking is a complete joke. Not very kid friendly, has no family amenities like a pool or play ground. Staff is mostly nice. Maintenance is super kind. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and has nice finishes. I just think they should have more to offer with the price we pay. 🤷
Edit: Also don't live here if you want privacy. Its annoying how I get constantly harassed about my balcony having a privacy screen. I can literally see into other peoples homes without trying and I wanted privacy from others, nope.

This apartment seems nice from the outside. The people don’t answer their phones and when they do they are rude to you. When I first applied for this place I said I wanted to sign a 6 month lease. When I went to actually sign the lease it was a 12 month lease which as you can see they apparently don’t offer. The maintenance people replaced our dishwasher but the guys didn’t put it in correctly so now it moves around when we use it. They conveniently raised the cat rent and garage price right after we signed the lease. Cat was $25 now it’s $35 and Garage was $45 now it’s $65. They have

Very understanding management, great attitudes. This was our first apartment. We had minimal damage due to our dog, but they were straight-forward with their answers. There were a few mistakes on our part as renters, to be honest, but they were patient and professional with us.

I have lived here for almost 4 years during this time I have had nothing but great experiences with The Bentleys. The area is right near hwy 2 in Airway Heights but more secluded and in the perfect spot in terms of convenience. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and I have never had an issue. I love taking walks around with my son and dog. The maintenance staff is amazing and very accommodating to issues. Management is always willing to be as helpful and caring as possible as well.

I am so thankful I found this apartment complex in a pinch during a personally very stressful time, and can wholeheartedly endorse Bentley-Airway Heights as an excellent option for folks needing a place to call home. From beginning to end, Bentley Apartments-Airway Heights provided excellent information, and the staff were a delight to work with. Katherine, the main property manager, was always very responsive, personable, and professional. My few maintenance requests (dealing with a sassy screen door) were responded to same-day. I was only here for a short stint, as I found a house much earlier

I have been so pleased with the staff here at the Bentley Apartments. Especially the maintenance crew! They have been so helpful and polite and came right away when we had an issue with our stove and replaced it faster than we expected. Management team is misleading. They will nickle and dime you to take most of your deposit away, despite your best efforts. I had my apartment cleaned by a a cleaning company, and even submitted receipt as directed by one of their representatives, took work off to ensure the apartment was clean and did a walk through with maintenance team member before leaving, and yet was still charged a $150 cleaning fee. For what? Who knows.
You can find much nicer apartments for that price. You do not get what you pay for!
Plus the location is hot spot for thieves.
