Hunter Properties is a rental management service offered to single family homes and multi-family units in the Kansas City metro area, specializing in homes that rent for $1,000 or more. This property management company (or PM) has an emphasis on providing higher quality service to both property owners and tenants.
After working in the rental industry for several years, I came to the conclusion that there was a lack of property managers in Kansas City who provided high quality service. I was either hearing horror stories from renters and property owners, or I was witnessing it for myself. Lack of communication, lack of commitment and lack of truly caring about the client was happening on a daily basis.
Our mission is to provide a positive rental experience to both property owners and tenants with constant communication and expedited response times. We want to have a reputation for placing quality tenants, taking fantastic care of properties, quickly responding to maintenance issues, and being courteous and professional in every aspect along the way.
A property manager's number one goal is to take care of your rental property. Whether its fixing the toilet or chasing down a late rent payment, they do the dirty work for you. Hunter Properties charges a flat fee for finding a tenant. This ensures that all initial costs are covered, but at the same time you are not being over-charged.
