Have rented with them for over 2 years and have had a good experience. Price is very fair and maintenance is always provided promptly when needed.

I have rented two different properties from Spring Oak for the last like 8 years. They were always easy to get a hold of if I ever had a maintenance issue. And always good to work with. Always good at keeping lines of communication open. I am grateful that they always worked with me even with life had other plans.

I lived in a Spring Oak property for 7 years and my experience was amazing. If I needed maintenance to respond, it was usually the same day. The properties are great and Christy, the property manager, is amazing. You'll be lucky to live in one of their properties!! Great area, location, and awesome neighbors!!!!

It was a hassle to Christy if I called her for an issue examples changing light bulbs on vaulted ceilings (I bought the light bulbs and I’m 5’1). Slow running tub, someone cutting my window frame to break into my home, you know important stuff. She informed me that they don’t change light bulbs, water filters, get hair clogs out of the drain, spray for roaches, shampoo the carpets, basically anything to help maintain their property. Anywho lived in a 3/2 in Blue Springs which was dated (carpet throughout even in the kitchen) but the rent was decent and I loved the neighborhood. Oh and about

Spring Oak Property management is amazing. They respond professionally & in a timely matter. I’ve been taken care of since the moment I first looked at the property. The neighborhood is nice & safe, very friendly community. Maintenance was there in the blink of an eye when anything ever needed to be done/fixed. I’m moving out soon and so far management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend making one of their properties/units your home!

Absolutely loved my duplex. Loved the location and the property manager, Christy Moon was great. Any time I called with a repair, she was all over it. Great experience from the beginning. Will recommend them to anyone I k ow that’s looking for a place to rent.

I lived in one of the duplexes (Kingsridge West) for 5 years, and only moved out because I bought a home. I loved living there and never had any problems. Any time I put in a maintenance request they were there within 24 hours. Highly recommend to everyone. It felt like home even though you're renting. Which I found was hard to find.

Christy always makes time to reach out to residents in a prompt manner and is so kind. The maintenance team is amazing! Spring Oak Property is the best value and quality you will find in Blue Springs hands down.
