Our focus is to provide professional landlord services to individual home owners and investors of single family homes in the Kansas City, MO metro area. To put it simply, we help people rent their house out. We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage, and we help our clients find a tenant, get a lease signed, collect the rent every month and take the 3 am maintenance phone calls from the tenants.

We have rented with One Stop Property Management since May, 2020 and we are about to sign on for our 3rd year with this company. The property is in a great location and close to a good school district. We have continued to rent through OSPM because they are very responsive to any question or concerns that we may have.
We needed our annual inspection done sooner than last year due to work schedules and Dave was able to fit us right in. When Dave arrived he introduced himself and was very courteous. He was very thorough in his inspection and ensured that the plumbing, smoke detectors, and co2 monitors

I don't know about the co overall, I've only had them for a short while. It's still new.
We were without heat on the coldest day and the right worker made all the difference.
Tiffany, she made the right calls and got our heat on the same day I called. We are so very thankful for her kindness and professionalism.

One Stop Property Management is amazing! Being out of state is a bit risky with properties and it makes us 100% reliant on the management company. Thank goodness we are with One Stop! We get incredible service including, but not limited to superior communication, prompt responses, creative tenant retention ideas, in person visits to tenants to problem solve, and so much more. They really go above and beyond to make sure both owners and tenants are happy. If you aren’t with One Stop, you are missing out!

Make sure you READ every part of your lease agreement. We were all set up and ready to go, but after reading the lease we decided not to go with this company because of the lease. I’ve never read such a restrictive lease in my life . A few things being that you aren’t allowed to wash your car in the driveway and you are only allowed to have people over for 3 days at a time otherwise you have to pay $150 per person. You are only allowed to have that person over for 14 days out of the year. Much more in the lease, but like I said. READ it all of the way through before agreeing to it.

I've been with one stop for over a year now and have had a great experience with them managing my properties. The whole team has gone above and beyond taking care of my properties and tenants. My experience has been terrible. Apartment was not ready on time. Communication has been terrible. I was scheduled to move in on the 1st it’s going on the 5th and I still don’t have a key. No one has bothered to contact me to inform as to what is the delay. I would no recommend them. At this point I don’t wish to move in to the place I have selected. I have never been treated so poorly.

Brent went above and beyond to help me out to get a contractor come and do repairs on our rental home our stove outlet was not working. A week was going bye without a response from an insurance claim to come and look at the issue. So Brent discarded the poor service that company was providing so he managed to get approval to get someone else in the home and get the job done. Best of all Brent always followed up and responded to my messages.

My wife and I been using One Stop PM for 3+ years now and couldn't be more than happy. Prior to choosing One Stop, we had gone through 2 other property mgmt companies in the area and had nightmare experiences with them. Fortunately, we found One Stop PM and they've been great. Recently had repairs needed for one of our rentals and Brent Morris was very responsive and kept me up to date along the entire process. He sent me before and after photos, with prices. When asked for a 2nd quote, he did not hesitate. Jim and the rest of the staff as well, been very pleasant to work with.
