This company is awful with the way they conduct business. They are very rude and disrespectful. A young man named Cooper answered the phone, he was extremely disrespectful and refused to let me speak with a manager regarding my concerns about an apartment application. When finally transferred to Russell (the manager) he was rude, and purposefully hung up the phone mid-conversation before I was done asking him questions. Do not do business with them.

DO NOT rent anything from them, unless you wanna be robbed of your money for no reason! The apartment wasn't bad but it was not exactly as pictured on the website. Hub Realty, will extract money from you in any way they can. The cleaning lady that pretends to "clean" but really just makes noise every morning and they will send a maintenance guy but the issues are never fixed. You have to pay over $20 to wash laundry in a dirty laundry room, where half of the machines are out of order or just nasty and do not properly wash your clothes. I would have to pay two cycles for my clothes to somewhat smell

They helped me out when I most needed it. I had to moved out in a rush from the other place where I was living and Ashlee, the rental agent, helped me out through the whole process in such a short period of time. She was very responsive and super professional. I was moved in within a couple of days of signing the lease.
So far, I love my place and the neighborhood. They are all very kind :)

I found them to be unprofessional anytime you contact a relative for private information that is just rude. They told.us we were okay than rejected us. They also charged more for a one bedroom than a two bedroom my relative pays less for a two bedroom in the same place. Sneaky underhanded and greedy for money.

Had a situation called the office, Lauren was helpful and try to fix my problem. Building is very old and you can hear neighbors it is not so bad if you're okay with a little noise. Guy downstairs always complains about something example "if a shoe falls it sounds really loud, the foot steps in the morning" I do have to get up early and get ready for work I'm sorry I cant walk on air, there's just things you cant avoid. 80% of the time there's no one home I'm always working I have two jobs. But, some people are just rude, miserable and non-understanding.

The essence of this company is money-grubbing. It's unfortunate, because the time I spent living in one of their apartment complexes was relatively "okay". However, upon moving out, I slowly watched nearly 1000$ be drained from my pocket via "fees" and other miscellaneous expenses. In fact, if I hadn't disputed certain claims, that sum would be even higher. Furthermore, their customer service is absolutely horrible (don't think they won't make it VERY difficult to dispute claims). Do not recommend.
