There should be security surveillance cameras on the premise to make this complex more secure and appealing. Packages delivered to tenants are quite often picked up conveniently by thieves.

I would give a -10 if I could! This complex has the worst management.. can never get a hold of them. God forbid have an emergency over the weekend because maintenance doesn't answer the calls either and only does it halfway as well. They cover up the repairs to look as if it's fixed but it really isn't. The complex shuts off the water almost every other day but that has slowed down.. Had to unplug my microwave because they didn't fix it.. they removed the glass from it.. and said it was fixed.. My ac is leaking from the air filter and has been 90° inside my apartment for 4 days and maintenance

Had a few problems when I moved in, but the manager of the apartments has personally made sure that she understood my concerns and did everything to help facilitate a solution. No apartment is perfect, but with people like Jessica, it make me feel more confident when searching for a home.

So I moved into this apartment within the first month I seen roaches , contacted management about it and they didn’t the roaches were a high priority. If your thinking about moving here don’t do it , you will lose so much money . They have a person that sprays for the pest control every Tuesday but don’t depend on that seen 6 roaches that same day . Now I’m forced to break my lease because I can not sleep with roaches , it’s to the point when your walking down the hallways your bound to see one crawl by your feet , so if I could rate this negative stars I would , I’m willing to lose

I have collected about 50 emails of this apartment complex turning off my water for maintenance in the past 6 months. No abatements. I'd recommend any random south side slum over this unprofessional, scam of an apartment.

My mom lives there and no answer to her cracked roof that is leaking because maintenance couldn't repair before hand and now is repairing it supposedly. Instead told her to call the insurance she has and to sleep on the couch instead of her room.

When I first moved in almost a year ago, the place was a bit worse for wear. Roaches were a big issue but after a massive block wide bombing, the roaches have been much better. Huge issue with water but that also seems to be on the mend. There must have been a change within the inner office as well, because staff and maintenance workers have been a lot more pleasant and help. Overall, its a fair priced place to live and it looks like they are on the road to improvement.

If I could zero star, I would. I solely made a yelp account to review this horrible place that is even allowed to occupy tenants.

It would very much easier to list all of the things that weren't wrong then the things that were wrong.
On top of all of the maintenance issues, the staff and maintenance crew are unbelievably horrible to work with.

I'm not sure if it's just in Tucson and or Arizona but for some reason every single day, and I mean, every single day, they shut off the water for maintenance for whatever maintenance that could be but it's been happening for the past

These are the least expensive 1 bedroom apartments in the area. Management was responsive. A perk is that you can go month to month after lease term (which gave me flexibility). Grass lawns aren't my vibe but they took good care of them and fixed the parking lot and the sidewalks while I was living there. I really loved the huge live oaks.

My son moved to these apartments the fall of last year (2019) and I just have to say these are the worst apartments either of us has ever seen. The day he moved in neither the garbage disposal, stove/oven, or dishwasher worked. 2 of the drawers in the kitchen were broken, there was dirt and hair clogging the bathtub, the toilet was clogged, the air conditioner vent was leaking, paint already bubbling and peeling, cracked and broken windows (haven't been replaced yet), and the bedroom closet door was broken and off the track. Their idea of the apartment being 'ready to move into'

This is the way we get treated for living here for TWO PLUS YEARS! Our kitchen light has been off due to a dead fuse and we have been getting the run around. They have changed the light bulb TWICE and we repeatedly told them it is the fuse. As a result of fixing our problem the manager decides that since in her eyes not having a light in a kitchen or living room isn't an emergency we have to wait for all of this Covid-19 passes over. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT CALL THESE APARTMENTS YOUR HOME. I can honestly say they do not care for the residence, especially the manager Jessica I feel she is very
