Do not live here if you care about the health of yourself and/or your family! Our downstairs neighbor has been smoking on his back porch at all hours of the day and night (building 9501) and it seeps right into Our bedroom window. I have 15+ documented instances of this in which I informed Aero management and nothing has been done except written notices (no fines or other repercussions). There is a pregnant woman and 6-month-old infant in the building repeatedly exposed to the second hand smoke and nothing is done. The gate of the “gated community” has worked a cumulative 1 month out of the

My first day living here I had to pay over 300$ in towing fees after parking in a numbered spot overnight without knowing it needed to be paid for and reserved. A note was left on my windshield by staff notifying me not to park there or I would be towed but my car was towed before I was even given the chance to see the note. That is something that should be told to tenants when they move in because the lease is massive and there are contradictory statements in it regarding the parking policy. It is not at all straight forward. Since then I have had to park on the side of the street in a sketchy

Lived here for about 1.5 years from 2017 to end of 2018 so this review is for that time frame.
I loved Kasheen and the tall Italian girl who worked with her. The management, maintenance, and staff had always been good to us.
The location sucks but I'm not going to dock the apartment and team down for something they can't control.
Every time we had issues, they fixed it or tried to within 48 hours which I appreciate.
The people here can be a bit iffy, location is worrisome overall but the apartment itself and the management team were really good to us. It would be great if the security was around

Its really bad the rent is going up to high for just 2bds and it is also too small. Not only that but their parking lots are full and there's cars that stay in the same spot forever it's like if people just leave cars here and i have to park in the street and stuff have been stolen from my car multiple times, a lot of homeless people and broken glass in the street or in the parking lots Not only that too but it always be smelling like cigars outside and dog pop can't wait to move out!

Do not live here it is very expensive and the workers are rude and when you move they charge you more than they have to charge, and if you want to arrange payments with the manager she tells you that she does not know anything. it is a waste of time and money, and the apartment in which I always lived in my yard had homeless people and nobody was doing anything.

They really need a better way at managing the trash issue. Maybe a bigger fence to hide it or even several dumpsters throughout the complex. Every time I visit it looks like Goodwill and the Dump just blew up by the compactor. It's crazy because they do clean it than a few days later tenants mess it up.
